At 8:00 in the morning. I called Lee Lyda, and they had a crew out that day. My electric equipment was from the 1940's, so they had to replace a lot. I also allowed them to replace the feed-in, as it was trashed. They were kind enough to allow me to pay over time, as I have lived here a long time, and they knew my parents. YMMV. They were polite, decent, professional, and fast - had it done by 3 PM. I would recommend them to anybody.

There were no suggested big ticket fixes for it, just a solid assessment of what was there and how to bring it up to the needed spec for the new e-car charger. Billing was easy. Pricing was fair. Service was prompt. Hard to ask for more.

This is the second time he had to re-schedule. The first conversation was difficult because he kept asking me to describe technical things that I had no clue about. I described in great detail what happened and what I believed the problem was. Then he made the appointment to do the job but refused to provide an estimate. I have never worked with any professional who is so careless about the way he treats customers. He hung up as if my business meant absolutely nothing. I wouldn't trust him to do anything. You're better off with another company.

I called 3-4 plumbers and got answering services that weren't the actual store - just literally an answering service. Finally I called Nesbitt's and got a woman who actually worked for the company in question. She said she'd see what she could do, called me back in 15 minutes and said "Tomorrow morning". It wasn't a "water overflowing the tub" emergency so I said that would be fine. Then she texted me to say that it would be 10;00 instead of the promised 9:00. Who actually does that? In fact, they showed up at 9:30 the next morning, fixed the problem, and emailed me a very reasonable bill. What else do you want from a plumbing service?
