I didn't think I would find anyone who would take a plumbing job on a Sunday, but I started making calls around 8:00 a.m. anyway. Johnson SDC was the only company to take a call. Kent said that he said he would be here in about ninety minutes. In fact he arrived a little bit early. He looked at the problem and figured out what was happening: it was ground water trapped by ice that made it flow against gravity up through the drain and into the basement . He did a great job of explaining it to us. He pumped the basement out completely and helped us come up with a game plan for a permanent solution. His bill was reasonable and he gave us a cash payment discount. Very happy with his service, would definitely recommend!
