The owner left me to install the gas dryer and hook up on my own, with no communication that he didn't plan on finishing the job. BoxDrop is a discounted furniture store, so the building is smaller and not as fancy, but the prices are not as jacked up as you would get at a retail store. In most cases you need to call and make an appointment when going to the store. In this case they had open hours for Black Friday and Small Business Saturday, so I just popped in to check it out. The owner Matt was great to work with. He was very straight forward with what he have and what everything cost and what would be a better bang for your buck. He didn't have much of a sales pitch, he was just realistic and I can appreciate that. I ended up buying a queen sized mattress for $300 and had them deliver it to my place for an extra $50. Matt told me they could deliver it on a Tuesday and would call me Monday with a time. I never got a call on Monday...if I missed it they didn't leave a message. They did call me on Tuesday and said they would be there in about an hour, which fortunately worked out. All in all very happy with the experience, and would suggest checking them out so you're not get charged an arm and a leg for a new mattress.

Listened to what we wanted and pointed out various chairs that fit our needs. There was another 60 plus recliners downstairs! No sales pressure and let us take as much time that we needed to pick out the best recliner for us. The chair was delivered the very next week and they even picked up our old broken one. Delivery and disposal of the old one was completely free!! We will definitely be back if we ever need any other furniture or bedding. They didn't have what we wanted so I said I want something in the same price. The manager kept trying to sell us things that were over the price that I told him., how hard is it to listen to customer when they tell you not to go over a price. The store prices are higher than their online price so make sure you compare or they will gladly take a few hundred more from you. Worst mattress firm customer service I have ever dealt with.

He was not pressuring me, he was happy to let me literally lay on every single bed in the place, while explaining what each one offered. A few other customers came in while I was there, and he was equally as polite and helpful with them. Which also gave me time to actually get a feel for the mattress. When I decided, he was willing to negotiate the delivery fee to a lower rate. And Helped me get the delivery a week sooner than we originally planned. I was VERY happy with my experience, my salesmen, and the delivery drivers were professional also.
