They were waiting to invest in a good carpet cleaning until now after 5 years of hard goodbyes (and accidents). They got out everything. It was a full house cleaning, probably 1000 s ft of space (because the kitchen and dining areas are tile) and it was well under the 500 they budgeted. Every stain was out, and the 12-ish year old carpet looked new. And all done in 2 hours. The service was great too - they listened to my mom (I had been visiting from out of state), and were kind and courteous (a dad-son team). They came in the range they specified - near the end of it from a busy day of appts. Note: they don't move anything, and we knew this. Just saying so no one expects that. Highly recommend.
