Hire LG CRANE instead! They don't lie and waste your time. I reached out to Kevin over a month ago to see if they would be able to provide service to move a large spa a long distance. He attempted to use only Google earth to measure. I live in a new development and there is no house on google earth. He asked me to send him video and picture of the home and where I would need the spa moved to. He told me that he would make it work no problem. He then showed up and said he can't do it. That I didn't send him exact measurements of the home and it was too far. Any and all information he requested was promptly provided. He never requested any additional information nor did he came to the home to see if he was capable of going this job. There were numerous steps he could have taken to ensure he was capable of doing the job. I understand if the truck was not big enough and wouldn't work for what I needed. But this could have easily been avoided if he properly requested all the necessary information to make that determination before hand. Or at any point came to the home himself to ensure he actually could do it. In addition , I had two employees here from another company that had to sit around for hours while I scrambled to figure out a solution for how to unload the spa. Kevin told these employees, he would have unloaded the spa for them but since I was going to leave a bad review he wouldn't. Instead of trying to do the right thing, he left me in a really bad spot along with other people. I'm very grateful the LG CRANE 100% came through and saved the day!! I recommend reaching out to them instead. They won't waste your time and get you professionally taken care of. Another note, the owner decided to respond to my negative review with a thumbs up.... Clearly speaks volumes for the type of person he is and how he handles business. He could have very easily handled this professionally but I guess that isn't how he operates.
