I replied that I did want the driveway cleared. Shortly after the snow/sleet stopped, I received a text message that they were on the way. About 5 minutes later, the crew arrived and did a fantastic job of clearing our driveway and front path. They even salted where necessary. So much so, that my young boys have even befriended their favorite Garbage man (Roy), who never forgets to wave to my sons and make their little hearts day every time he picks up our trash. Not once in my 5 years since moving to the area and receiving trash pick up from Sterling Superior have I ever experiences any rudeness in ANY manner or any miscommunications/ missed trash day pick-ups. We had extensive water damage to our personal belongings; we needed the water cleaned up and the damaged items removed ASAP. Dante came the very next morning and gave us an estimate, then came back a few hours later to start the job. Dante and his colleague finished within a few hours and did amazing work. All the water was cleaned up and our damaged items were hauled away. Highly recommend!
