Eric and his crew worked hard (during extreme heat in July btw), thoroughly cleaning out the place, filling the 30-yard dumpster by Friday. After receiving text photos of the dumpster, I met Eric on Saturday to assess the work and could not have been more pleased with their near-heroic efforts to clean out/up the property so it could be listed for sale.
