Even though they closed at noon and were shut on Sunday, I ran into issues with the saw. Quinn went above and beyond, taking time to help troubleshoot and even offering to meet me on Sunday. He stepped away from his family, drove to the shop, and swapped out the saw so I could keep moving. Everything worked out in the end, and the level of service was truly outstanding. No matter the size of the rental, I was treated with the same care and attention as someone renting major equipment. That kind of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about their business. I will absolutely rent here again over any big box store.

Although I did not use Tymetal for reasons having nothing to do with it's products or service, I was extremely impressed with the breadth and quality of the perimeter security systems they offer. What most impressed me, however, was it's representative, Todd Kehley, who leads the Specification & Design team for the Western Region. I can easily say that Todd was the most diligent, responsive and professional rep I have ever dealt with. Although I was not able to utilize any of Tymetal's products for various (unrelated) reasons, I would recommend Tymetal to anyone searching for truly professional, cost-effective perimeter security solutions - and I would ask for Todd Kehley if you are lucky enough to be in their Western service region!

Even though they are based in Lake Luzerne, they go as far south as Albany and may go farther depending on the size of the job. My house is over 100 years old with duct work and a furnace to match. Our vents have probably never been cleaned before. Cliff needed to use his commercial sized hose to clean our vents, and it ended up being a much bigger job than he had thought, but he didn't try the old "oh well, seeing how this is a much bigger job than expected..." trick. The price was the same, even though Cliff had to spend almost 6 hours laboring away at our 13 vents and intakes. The best part? He was happy and friendly the entire time. No whining. No complaining. Just great customer service. I'm sort of sad this is something we'll only need done every 7 years or so. I absolutely recommend A1 for your duct or dryer vent cleaning needs.
