But to my surprise they did exist and they gave me the estimate of $1000 and the insurance ended up paying for it. The great thing was because I was in town they came and got my vehicle and returned it after repairs were done and this is good because I couldn't find a rental anywhere so they got it, repaired it, brought back to me that day.
