The two times I called they have told me they have waits of 1 1/2 and 4 hours. So just plan to spend a half day there even if you are going in for an oil change. Of course, if you don't live in Decatur, take into account that the wait time may be considerably worse by the time you take to drive there. One thing is obvious, neither the service department nor the salesman care if you will ever be back.

I wasn't sure about that but I agreed to go look. We went to the Honda dealer in Huntsville and he drove a Honda Ridgeline. The truck had a V6 and it felt like snow was coming out of the air conditioning. We left Honda and drove to Decatur to the Toyota dealer. Hubs drove a Tacoma and I did too. I hurt my knee getting in and out of the Tacoma and I didn't care for the ride. I told hubs let's go to Shottenkirk Honda in Decatur. We stopped by and I drove a Honda Ridgeline there. I liked the ride. The Ridgeline wasn't the color hubs wanted so we asked them to find a white truck with light interior. They located a vehicle and had it delivered Wednesday. We drove back Wednesday and purchased a white Honda Ridgeline. It's a beautiful truck. Our salesman, Kasten, did a great job. He made sure all the details were taken care of so that when we arrived, we were able to sign paperwork and leave with the truck. If you are looking for a Honda, please consider going to the dealer in Decatur. They provided us the best pricing!!!
