Brandy was attentive to making me welcome in the showroom and contacted Ray Johnson who I have had extended warranty purchase sale. He suggested Norvie as my sales consultant who did a yoeman job showing me the available inventory of both new and used vehicles. My daughter and husband had recently purchased a vehicle and Melanie was their sales representative and even after Norvie had invested several hours of his time Melanie was contacted and became our rep. Melanie completed the the purchase of a vehicle and Ray took care of the paperwork. The entire process took several hours of everyones time and energy and all the Woody Anderson's personnel deserve a 5 star rating. Cathy Anderson has assembled a great team. I bought my first new Ford vehicle in 1959 and this is somewhere near number 18.

I am guessing they were working on the washing equipment because a giant truck was parked just outside the drive through bay area. Trying to kill prime rush hour time before heading home, I decided to try GG again since I have only had one car wash in the last 21 months (!!) I had washed my windshield so I could at least see prior to returning to GG, and had vacuumed out the interior at home, because, I just couldn't take it anymore. I didn't realize I got the following package (because I don't normally opt for wax): wash + wheels + wax for 21.00. I thought I just got wash + wheels but whatever, a little wax is a good thing! The attendant did the prerequisite scrub thing and gave me two GG air freshers. He was efficient and worked hard. I was in and out in a flash and so far have not noticed any scratches (YAY!) for a change. I liked the full sized large garbage cans and the hand sanitizers located in each vacuum bay. In the past I've never noticed overly noisy/abrasive music blasting from other folks' cars, which is always nice (and GG does have signage regarding not doing this). I can't speak to the other services (mat cleaning and vacuuming) because I was so eager to sit for 30 minutes in the parking lot called I-565 westbound at 6 PM!

I am contemplating a monthly car wash service. I decided to try GooGoo first, as I have been to one of their locations many times over the years. I chose the wash and wheels option. Definitely not the highest priced option (actually second least expensive). However, the back end of my vehicle is as if I hadn't been through a car wash. I will try another one of their washes and try other local washes also before deciding. I do still like their wash, but wished the back wasn't such a disappointment. This option appears to have not been worth the $$. I suggest a higher priced option.
