I have been impressed and completely satisfied with your service department since I began using them. Every time I bring a vehicle in for service, they get the job done quickly. But they also look for ways to save me money. Just this last time I had a rear view mirror that was cracked. I searched online and found replacements but they usually required replacing the entire module. Even though I didn't suggest it, your service people recommended replacing just the mirror if possible, which they were able to do. Thbis is a typical experience I have had with you, which is not the norm in my dealings with other service departments. I have also been a little surprised to find that your prices are as good or better that other businesses on things like tires and oil changes. The knowledge your personnel have has also been valuable in solving some issues I have had over the years. I had a tire vibration issue which was very irritating. Since I drive thousands of miles a year in my job, I was very pleased that you were able to resolve this when other dealers could not. I live in Florida, but will bring my vehicles to you in preference to the dealers I have in my area because of your response time and ability to save me money and solve issues I have. I can't remember time I had to bring a car back because a problem wasn't fixed, which also saves me time and money. When we drove up on the lot, the sales person greeted us as if he already knew us and was happy to see us once again. He was proficient and went into great detail to us concerning the specs of the vehicle that we were interested in. There were 2 managers, Darren & Michael that came out of their office and introduced themselves, which I was very impressed with. The finance manager, Wes, was very pleasant to work with. I was dealing with Michael Bramlett who, as a member of the dealership owner's family, one would expect some courtesy. He wouldn't give an ounce of help as it wasn't putting money in his pocket. Refused to even answer a question about a trade-in. I would be hesitant to send my wife or daughter into this dealer and have them have to take any BS from this punk. read more
