I waited for 6 hours on Friday with no communication and when I called back, he just reiterated that he would call me. The next morning I called for a simple update but nobody picked up. 6-7 attempts later over a span of 5 hours, the same front desk attendant picks up and before I can get a word out, tells me I'm calling a lot and he's doing everything he can to track down the part, is facing issues with the warehouse and is currently looking on eBay for another one. My car is a 2013 scion tc and I understand sunroof replacement parts/glass might be difficult to locate, but a courteous and professional, open line of communication would have been much appreciated over 48 hours of just hoping they call me back...absolute waste of my time EDIT:Posted this review and no more than 30 minutes later, the owner contacted me directly, apologized for the lack of communication, ordered the part and offered a much appreciated discount. I appreciate the willingness to make this experience right!

Most importantly, the level of hospitality is exceptional. You can tell right away that the people here truly care about their work. They greet you with respect, keep you updated throughout the process, and take pride in doing a fantastic job. That kind of genuine service is rare to find these days. For context, I needed a windshield replacement on my 2025 Hyundai Elantra. The dealership quoted me $1,043, and another shop in Cambridge, Ohio quoted $720 (including calibration). I had the same work done here for $485--with a much better overall experience. I'm a customer for life and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

It being a Sunday and President's Day the next day, I was not hopeful that I would get a window before making my two hour trip home from Columbus on Monday afternoon. Fusion Auto Glass got back to me at 9am on Sunday with a quote and was able to schedule me for first thing Monday morning. They came right to the hotel I was staying at and installed it right there where I was parked. It took them less than 40 minutes and I could not be happier with the result. Cameron and Trent were extremely friendly, understanding, and professional. The price was about as cheap as I could have hoped for, especially knowing that my money is going to a small local business rather than a corporate one. I can not recommend Fusion Auto Glass enough.

After being told that we need $24,000 to fix the engine of a 2018 Audi Q7 (it's worth $16000) it…read morewas fixed for less than $3000!!!You want honest, look no further than Dandini'i. I paid $701 for a new battery in August because my battery was tested at having 26% power. After purchasing the new battery, the car continued to misfire. I took it to a dealership in Dublin and received that crazy quote. After crying, praying and calling the bank I make my payments, I told them if I get a crazy quote from this company my sister recommended to me, come get this car. I had to wrap my head around that I was duped in this purchase. I was going to buy a beater to pay off my debt before getting what I want. My family was so upset and didn't want me going from my dream car to a beater. This was almost a month process before dropping off my vehicle to Dandini's. Before we took it to the shop, we got a diagnostic test that read that the cost of repairs could be $3500 and it listed the problems. Dandini send me their diagnostic test and it includes a dead battery. "WHAT??!!? It's a new battery. That can't be possible!!" They take the battery out to charge it and sees that the casing is cracked. They tell me... (PLEASE REMEMBER THIS) this will probably fix your problem. Did you want us to fix the other issues? They didn't try to control my money out of fear. Of course I told them to fix the problems because they were going to need to be fixed eventually and they had the car. I was at the freakin end of my rope and received honesty and professionalism. In today's society this is freaking rare. I'm 57 years old so I've seen society change from "Made in America, built to last" to "build it to break" to make a quick dollar. Dandini's is in Westerville and worth the travel.

As an auto enthusiast I've taken very good care of this car and it's pretty unique as you don't see too many Audis with six speed manual transmissions on the road anymore. Based upon seeing reviews from previous customers I felt that I could trust Dandini's to do a great job using premium quality parts at a fraction of the cost of other shops. They didn't disappoint, and Ken and Bob kept me updated on the progress of the replacement. I highly recommend Dandini's.
