I tried UMI today, and I did not even have an appointment and they fit me in and were very pleasant. Great quality manicure and wonderful pedicure. I had broken one of my nails and had to ask 3 times for him to make all of my nails even. The massage that he gave lasted a minute, if that. The nail that I had broken was not touched other than painted, so when I got home, I had to file it and then had to clip some of the nails to make them even..... Now it has been almost a week, not even, the paint has started to chip from the edges, saying that it was not done right. My nails look as if they have been done for two and a half or three weeks. When my gram started her manicure, the woman doing her put her two seats away from me, so we just didn't talk. I would never go back to this place nor would I recommend it.
