I was a little worried watching the woman cut her hair because she seemed to be fumbling with her comb and scissors. I should have said something during the hair cut but I was trying to trust the process. She was very kind but did not know how to cut thick hair. I'm not a licensed hairdresser and when she asked me to check it while still damp I tried my best. It seemed ok. As it quickly dried in this heatwave I could see how uneven her hair was. I am so disappointed in my experience and now I need to find another place that'll honest (because I clearly requested someone else) and fix her hair.

As a first-time customer, this was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I specifically booked with Joel and arranged my schedule accordingly. Being notified only 35 minutes before the appointment that I would be seeing a different barber is unacceptable. If there are times when a barber is unavailable, those appointment slots should be blocked off in advance rather than being changed at the last minute. This experience has left a poor first impression of your barbershop.

Pictures and reviews of Kids Fun Cuts looked awesome and I knew this would be the perfect place for him. They had a little play area for kids who are waiting which was very nice. They have various car seats for the kids and if you need it they have regular chairs. We saw one dad with his kid in a chair since it helped get the haircut done, which is very good to know since we have a 1 year old and we'll probably need that option. They have TVs for each station and my son was able to watch cars as he got his haircut. The stylist, Jenna, was very friendly and you could tell everyone here enjoys working with kids. There is a play area and seating for parents. The are TVs in each station so kids can watch their favorite shows or movies while getting their haircut.
