It turns out the dryer duct was fine so I gave them another small job to go with hanging the storage rack. Of course something always has to go wrong and in my case they hit metal when going into my garage ceiling. Being fearful of why there was metal at that specific spot in the ceiling, they proceeded very cautiously. I authorized them to cut an inspection hole in the ceiling to see what it was. Come to find out it was a steel beam! Well, now that they knew what it was, there was no issue completing the job and doing an excellent job patching the inspection hole as well. Well done! Perhaps not the cheapest guys in town but you get what you pay for and I will definitely use them again.

Dry Zone adverses "once applied, Sealant Pro works to blockwater and chemicals from gettiing into concrete.This protects the slab from the damaging effects of freezing and expanding water has on the concrete surface, virtually eliminating pitting, flaking, and spallng." It did nothing to protect my driveway. It's a mess! I am not sure what type of coating was put on , but I paid for Sealant Pro. They were no help at all in solving the problem and would not take any responsibility and did not respond when I asked for a referral for concrete engineer to determine whether the failure was on their part or on the part of the concrete company that did the installation. First, they said it was caused by the salt, then they switched to saying the concrete was bad.
