The Fall of last year Johnny's handyman came out to give us an estimate on our entry door. We…read moreagreed on the price and gave him a $500 deposit. The work was to be done in November but we got a call and he said that he hurt his back and he would be there the third week of January. He asked if we wanted the deposit back or just keep it as is we said no we'll just see you in January. Well January came no Johnny's so we called. He said due to the weather he would be out in March. Well, March came and went and no Johnny's once again. We have been calling this company several times a week for the last three weeks leaving message upon message and no response. No text no call back no nothing. So at this point we're out of $500 and still don't have a contractor to do the work if I could leave a zero star review, that's what I would leave. It's a disgrace to rip people off and act as if they don't even exist. I pray that you're laughing when karma comes back on you because trust me one day it will.

This is a scamming business!! FRAUDULENT They do not know…read morewhat they are doing, they will give you a price, it will start and ask you more than the double to finish!! I needed a concrete base for a shed which I STOPPED, because they did not dig and put a frame without sides (!!) maybe they were hoped to pray for the concrete to stay in place. When they call me to see what they were doing, the concrete company was in my backyard and they were explaining to him (Mr. Ivan Chen) how to do. He clearly didn't do it , as he still did not dig at least below freeze line, also he put a thin plywood which is not even on ground level (the concrete would pass through and break with the weight), also no stability around. After that he wanted to removed all and still wanted me to pay for materials and labor!! He did not answer BBB complaint, I have the case closed and opened also with consumers affairs. I'm willing to pay for the hours he worked at my home( I have video with the time spend) and the material he sent me the cost. But he wants this and takes it all back. In the photos it can be seeing what he prepared without any sides just a frame. After the concrete company he put some plywood and the corroded metal he left on my backyard and a construction cart for a month. Adding the proof of non answer to BBB
