Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

Faucet water tested "Above EPA Limit" (in the red 500+), filtered refrigerator registered "Check Your Water" (in the red 301-499) and the new drinking water registered "Very Pure" (in the blue in the 0-50 range at 17!) We'd heard how bad Murrieta water is so we've been buying bottled drinking water. So glad we've finally made the change and know it's the best decision for our family. I…read moreoriginally intended to wait about three months for this review, "to make sure that everything was alright". Now we're at the seventh month mark and let me say that every day I am grateful for the work that Peterson Plumbing did on our home. Peterson Plumbing did a complete replumb with PEX. In a word, Thomas is awesome! We were initially skeptical when he offered the lowest estimate for repairs and did so over the phone without coming out to the house. My wife had talked with him first when getting quotes. We had the plumber that had been servicing our home for the past five years. Their quote was about four thousand higher. Another estimate from a local plumber was double of Thomas'. I reached out to Thomas and expressed my concern about him doing an estimate without coming out. He said he lived in the area and knew the homes; he even swung by after his day was done for a quick meet and greet. His estimate stood at what he stated. Even with a record 86 drywall holes in our house; Thomas said that typical replumbs have about 35 holes. Now for the things that we found out that he and his staff did not share with us. We have hot water quicker at every faucet in the house, except one. When they replumbed, they did so more efficiently than the original piping with backbone of the plumbing being between the first and second floors. The master shower used to take over a minute to get hot water, now it's less than 10 seconds. The kitchen was about 30 seconds, now it's about 15 seconds. The downstairs bathroom stays at about 15 seconds. Plumbing took one day. Drywall repair took two days. Thomas told us it would take one or two depending on how much repair work needed to be done. Every step of the way Thomas stayed within the guidelines that he outlined for us and never came to us with extra or hidden charges, despite being the least expensive estimate. Thomas went above and beyond as well. At no charge, he redid our pool fill which had been non-operational since we moved to the house over 10 years ago. He also swapped to valves for the shower and sink faucets in the master bathroom. He also replaced a damaged aerator and ordered the replacement part from Delta himself. I didn't even know until the package arrived and he phoned to swing by and install it. If you're looking for an honest plumber who stands by his work; Thomas is your local plumber!!! Don't hesitate. I have referred Thomas more than any other local business.

I realize he could only offer to do so much within the rules of the company he worked for, but we were grateful for his honesty. He did not try deceive us into paying for an entirely new AC unit as a contractor who came by just before him did. Instead, he went right to work by replacing the capacitor and activating the unit first to see if the AC compressor even needed replacing. Thankfully, it didn't. Our AC stopped working, yet Mario did not rush the job even though it was very hot that day. He first ran a meter test to make sure the thermal switch inside the compressor was making contact before replacing the capacitor. Then he then proceeded to reactivated the AC and and check the temperature of the inside vents to see if cool air was coming out them properly. After he established that it was, he then offered my mother a senior discount, knocking the price for the new capacitor down from $497.00 to $397.00, which we were very grateful for. He was also very polite and easy to get along with and took the time to answer our questions. I just wish there were more contractors out there that were as sincere and knowledgable as he was. If you decide to use this company, ask for Mario. I decided to give the company PDSPlumbingAndAir.com 4 out of 5 stars because their intitial ad said they provide free estamates, but when we spoke to them over the phone, they said they charge a $79.00 dollar "Evaluation Fee" which would only be waved if we hired them for a job, meaning if they charge a price beyond what someone can afford, the potential customer would still owe them $79.00 dollars. ----------- J. This is a locally owned company which is a huge plus for me because I love to support local business. Scott did the installation and my parents and I were mesmerized by how clean it was. We are getting epoxy installed in the garage and Scott told me not to worry, they would come disconnect everything, put it to the side for the installation and then connect it back after. When I logged on here, I saw that there were some poor reviews which peaked my curiosity. I looked at them and I can honestly tell you that these people don't know the kind of system they have. They obviously did not listen because everything was explained meticulously. They are comparing this system to systems that are subpar. Also complaints about spending a few extra dollars for service and filters. If your health and well being is not important for you to spend a little extra money and you would rather spend that money on a 10 dollar Starbuck coffee filled with diabetes then you are a lost cause. I 100% recommend this company and I just recently bought a house of my own and will have them install one there as well.

Johnathan re-piped my house last year right before Christmas and If I could give more than five stars I would! This guy is so honest, so nice and such a hard worker and he does fabulous work! He came out right away when I told him about my emergency leak which turned into a big insurance claim. My whole family had to relocate to a hotel right before Christmas and Johnathan and his workers worked as hard and fast as they could to get the re-piping done. We went from copper pipe to pex piping. My insurance did not cover the re-piping and Johnathan helped me out so much with the cost and with payments as it was quite an expense for a single mum at Christmastime. This guy is a saint! A few months later, I needed more piping done in the extension part of my house which I had previously decided not to re-pipe and Johnathan came out right away and gave me a great deal on that work too. He also fixed some bad plumbing problems from when my extension was built and put some new fixtures in for me. This company works fast and they are so clean that you'll never know they were there afterwards, and I would even trust Johnathan to be in my house without me there. I won't call anyone else but JW Plumbing from now on and I highly recommend anyone else to do the same!!! read more

Jonathan did my repipe as expected, for the price he had quoted me, no issue. But you know what, that is what is expected of a contractor that you hire. The true test of a Contractor, is how they deal with a problem after the fact. I called Jonathan and told him that I suspected that I had a leak. Jonathan and I agreed on a time and date that he would come back out, and he was on time and with the same great personable attitude. Fixed a couple of very small leaks at no charge under warrantee. This speaks volumes about Jonathan and his commitment to doing quality work, the way he would do things if it were his own home. One might say "well why was there a leak at all?", well no one is perfect, and it's a lot of little joints and fittings to repipe an entire house. The fact that he came back, on time, with a great attitude, and fixed a couple of small issues, under warrantee is all any one can expect. Jonathan was a great plumber for a great price. He is super friendly, hard working, polite, clean and honest. He was really detail oriented and exceeded our expectations. We did a remodel and he re-piped our whole house, did rough under ground plumbing for our new kitchen and bathroom and came back after the other trades where done to complete the finished plumbing. He worked with our crazy schedule and always made it right even if it wasn't his problem. He never complained and always showed up when he said he would. He worked great with other trades and then did the finished plumbing at the end. He went above and beyond of what Was asked if him. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone for a big or small job. He re-piped all my water lines, put in a tank less water heater, re-ran all new natural gas lines. His knowledge of building codes saved me a lot by doing it right the first time. I can not say enough about Jonathan, I met him a couple years ago when I needed a repipe done. Not only was his prices great but its the most professional work I've even seen. The quality is the best you will find. I have been looking for a good plumber for years and I will say finding a good one is extremely rare, but thank god I did. My toilet stoped working over the holiday weekend and we were expecting out of town guest. After looking over the reviews of many other plumbing companies I decided to call JW Plumbing...thank god I did! John came to our rescue within hours! He explained to me what was wrong and how much it was going to cost(cheap) and how long it would take to fix. The price was reasonable considering I called at least 5 others before JW Plumbing. OMG!!! Jonathan thank you so much, we had a company send out a plumber last night and he ran his snake through the pipe and couldn't fix the problem and still charged us for the visit!! This guy is great. We needed a complete repipe in our home. We called a few plumbers for quotes, and we went with JW Plumbing. He came right away and did a spectacular job. His pricing isn't so high you can't reach, and he works with you. I've referred him to multiple friends and family and he's always been great to them. He was on time and on budget. Jonathans price was not only fair it was by far the money saving deals i got for repiping my house . I found Jonathan when we had a break in our main sewer line and he fixed it. Since then, he is the only person I will call for any of my plumbing needs. His prices are reasonable, he is great at what he does, and he is honest! I wish I had a Jonathan for all my household needs ;). Jonathan is a great guy, very professional, adapts to change well if you have other problems while he is there. A problem I have had with other plumbers is that they have given me a quote and they try to add extra work on that I didn't need. Jonathan did exactly what I wanted and I appreciated it.
