From the moment we met with Sam, he gave us an extremely thorough run down of what this process would entail and what to expect during each phase of the home-buying process. Sam takes the time to really listen to your ideas, wants, and needs while also providing extremely valuable input. When viewing homes, Sam really helped us try to envision them as if they were our own. He would ask us "So what would the set-up look like in this room?" etc. He would also point out different details regarding repairs/ work that would need to be done to the home based on his experience. This was very helpful as most of these details are things we would likely have never noticed. When we were ready to submit an offer, Sam walked us through each step and gave us helpful tools to make our offer stand out. Sam is quick to respond and was always there to reassure us or answer our questions. He has the biggest heart; you can tell that he truly cares for his clients. I am writing this review on the heels of using (2) separate staging companies simultaneously for…read more(2) separate homes within the last 2 1/2 months. I am a real estate investor who does a lot of the legwork to market a property myself. Fresh Perspecives staged one of my investment homes for me at the end of May 2018, and I am giving them 3-stars instead of 1 or 2 for their excellent professionalism, fantastic organization and responsiveness, and the ability to get the job done well. The house they staged closed the third week of July and I was satisfied with the job they did. The reason I am not rating Fresh Perspectives 5 stars is as follows: I found their contract and scheduling tactics to be extremely rigid. I get it that they are probably a high-volume business and deal with a lot of unorganized listing agents or homeowners and therefore have to run a tight ship as a result, but now that I've shopped it around I see the difference. Secondly, in terms of the quality of the staging and beauty of the work, hands down my other property I just staged this week (with Interior Designer Dana Zarb) is far more superior in terms of furnishings, amount of detail, and beauty of the design; I wished I would have found Dana sooner! Today my senior photographer from Showcase that took photos says it's probably the best staging he's ever seen. And the kicker is for the same 60-day period (design, staging, de-staging, and 60 day rental), Fresh Perspecives charged 50% more than what I am paying today to Dana. What I learned when getting more estimates is that most every other stager "includes" in the initial invoice a 60-day rental of the furniture, Fresh Perspectives only 30. As a result, I am walking away from the Fresh Perspectives experience feeling a bit price-gauged when I could have paid a lot less and gotten a far better job. In summary, Fresh Perspectives provides an acceptable service, but there are better alternatives so do your due diligence and shop it around!

They were brought in by my agent, 1200 dollars for a few towels and wall hanging and a cow rug…read more this is a joke, great that they try to help sell your house but this is not what sold my house. when it did sell they were delayed in picking up thier inventory and charged me more dollars for the extended stay. They know that when your house sells you may make a few dollars and they feel some of the proceeds should go to them. This business is a joke, if your house is going to sell the prospective owners are really not interested in the cow rug that they don't own anyway. Waste of money in my opion and they have horrible business practices. And by the way; you can't speak to them. they only deal with your agent. thankfully for them they have plenty of new business to pilfer from!!
