Did battle with them until about January 2018, when I met Robert Rostamo with Massey's Advanced Builders. After talking with Robert, him reviewing my insurance documents and then viewing the roof he agreed the insurance company should replace the roof. I let him deal with the insurance company from that point out. In April 2018 the insurance company agreed to the roof and sent an estimate. Robert checked it and advised it didn't quite cover the damage appropriately. I asked him to reengage them, which he did and he resolved the matter. In mid-May 2018 Robert's guys (like seven of them!) attacked the roof starting at 7am and finishing by 6pm the same day, including a very detailed and excellent clean-up. Very satisfied with the service and quality of this organization, as well as Robert's project management skills. Since then I have used Robert and Massey's for a couple of smaller projects and he came by on his own after a recent hail storm nearby to check the roof. They worked on it about a week later and they got it all done that afternoon in about 5 hours or so. They replaced damaged and rotting gables which was where some rain would sometimes get into when it would storm badly, they replace those with beautiful white gables that sealed up those areas and caulked other things and it's stormed since the roof was fixed and there have been no more leaks. Plus they sent me a Thank you card and a bucket of cookies! If you're going to get your roof fixed don't hesitate to call these folks and have it done right.

From the beginning, he had us alert so he could be present when the Allstate adjuster suddenly came early to do their inspection. We have now been through two rounds of negotiations with insurance and Cliff informed us each step how to increase the odds of getting a fair deal : 1) how they would offer only 50% initially what should be paid, and 2) he then responded to the insurance by listing items they left off, and reasons the should be paid for. Little by little insurance has increased what they paid us. Still negotiating.
