From start to finish, the owners and staff were so easy to work with, incredibly kind, and truly made our event special. Every single person was awesome. We hosted a 40th birthday party for my sister-in-law with about 55-60 people (adults and kids), and it could not have been more perfect. This is not your typical inflatable place -- the inflatables are HUGE, unique, and include obstacle courses that were fun for everyone. The venue itself is fantastic: * A movie/media room with stadium seating * Surround sound music throughout the entire space (and you can play your own music!) * A dining hall that made hosting easy and comfortable Everything was clean, organized, and so much fun. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great it was. This place came highly recommended to us and now I completely understand why. He insisted we take the older sander when a new one was sitting there unused. The old one damaged our floor. It was obviously wore out. Owner told us we didn't know what we were doing. However, the new sander worked beautifully. Second time was a compressor. He wanted to charge us for a full days rent when we tried to pick it up at 2pm. Said if we didn't get it back by 5, he'd charge us 2 days rent. We walked out. We've never had issues with the rest of the staff. But the owner is extremely unpleasant. We will NEVER give this place our business again.

I rented a vinyl floor roller from Moses Lake Rentals. I live about 20 miles from town and needed…read morethe roller for a kitchen bath remodel. I used the roller for two days and returned on a Saturday morning. The roller was checked out at 9:30 AM when I got loaded up and back to Moses Lake it was 12:30 PM. They charged me the full 3 day charge because I was a few hours late and the person working the counter was not friendly about it. I let her know I didn't think it was good business, she replied come back Monday and complain to the owner. Crazy because a floor roller is not a sophisticated tool or in high demand. The next time I need to rent something I will try to go elsewhere.
