A friend of mine referred David to me and this is definitely the best thing that happened to me this year. David is so patient, calm, friendly, and professional. He gave so many good advice that not only help me pass my road test, but also make me a safe driver on the road. Not to mention he is such a pleasant person to be with and makes all the driving sessions so relax and informative. I have passed my class 7 road test with a perfect score and I can't thank him enough!

Registered for their one month trial classes. It's the same price as their lessons ($32/30min…read more$55/45min). Ms. I with a strong Russian accent seemed nice, quiet, and patient with my two daughters at times. I sit in all their classes. At the time of registering for the trials, the office manager told me the instructor I asked for wasn't taking any more new students, Fridays were not a available with his suggested instructor so I agreed to Thursday classes instead. I was trying to book them a month early for their Fall term. Due to scheduling conflict for the school term (she was all booked on the day we were going, doesn't teach certain days that we tried to arrange for, and only free on the day I have another class registered for my three kids), we had to find another instructor. The class before this last one, she told my daughter she was good and should enter piano competitions. Knowing it was our last day of class with her, she was more flustered than ever seen. Put her hands up a few times and shaking her head at my daughters like she's given up teaching, rudely asked one of the them to flip the page of a song for her, and snapped at the end that time's up at both of them. Usually she writes what they need to work on in a notebook but this time she did not want to. I asked if she needed to write something (a trial is still a paid lesson), she rudely said "nope, they know." and rolled her eyes as we said bye. Instructor doesn't care about the reason you can't be booked with her. She just cares if she is not making the money, she will just give you the cold shoulder. Also interesting to note, 2/4 classes she tried to tell my daughters face masks are not necessary and tried to persuade them to take them off. At this period it is recommended by the government. She should focus on teaching and not be so concerned about it. Last day, she was so petty about us not returning, she purposely chose not to wear her face shield or mask. I am okay for those if they don't feel well wearing it, but it's just so immature for a "professional" adult woman try to get out of their way to spite someone for a scheduling conflict. If a "professional" teacher can have two strong personalities on either ends, I would be afraid to leave my kids alone and learning long term with her!
