We called them about towing a car. They said they would come today. And they did come today. They towed the car without any problems at all.

They illegally told my car and charge me $200 to get it back, Justin's said it was blocking my neighbor's driveway... and I have pictures & video from my Neighbour's house that showed the car was not blocking the driveway read more

Justins Towing - Oh my car parked in front of the house - Towing Near Me - Ozone Park, New York

my car got towed , totally my fault but when I went to redeem it the staff was super cool and was a fast easy process. Friendly people not like these other tow company's read more

Justin's Towing is a complete scam and will be reported. They tried to charge me $255, cash only, to release my car, despite the legal NYC towing fee is $125 plus tax. As a business owner, I know it's illegal in NYC for a towing company to refuse credit cards. After I contacted the authorities, they reminded the company of the applicable laws. Only then did Justin's Towing release my car, and I paid the correct amount: $136.50 by credit card. If your car is ever towed by this company, have your nearest precinct on speed dial and let them know if the company refuses lawful payment methods. Preying on people in stressful situations is unacceptable. read more

Absolutely terrible experience with Justin's Towing NYC. My car was wrongfully towed under the false claim that it was in a fire lane/yellow zone--yet as my photo evidence clearly shows, that was completely untrue. When I asked for the Authorization to Tow (which they are legally required to provide), their employee refused and even spit on me--yes, actually spit on me. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. I had to pay for a tow that should have never happened, and when I demanded a refund, they ignored me. If you're looking for an honest towing company, this is NOT it. I will be disputing the charge, reporting them to the BBB, and taking legal action. Stay far away from this shady business! read more

My car got towed and it was my fault haha but these guys were actually quite responsive and understanding and I got my car back.

My car was towed on Saturday. I learned that even blocking 5 inches of the curb of a driveway is still a violation. So I called Justin Towing next Sunday morning, a day off for them. They graciously told me that I could go and take my car. Someone with a very courteous and outgoing personality was waiting for me. He even used a flatbed truck to remove a vehicle blocking my car. He drove my car out of their parking lot. For this overall excellent service, I tried to tip him $20 which he respectfully refused to accept. I give them 5 stars and the highest appreciation. Thank you. Patricio read more

ZERO STARS if I could. This company is a complete joke. They advertise themselves as a 24/7 service, but that is blatantly false. I've been trying to reach them for over six months, and not once has anyone picked up the phone. Calls are deliberately ended, texts are ignored, and their voicemail is always full -- a clear sign they have no intention of doing their job. They're supposedly assigned to handle illegal parking at my building, yet they are utterly useless. What's the point of claiming round-the-clock service if no one answers at 11 p.m., midnight, or even during the day? On the rare occasion someone does answer, they make empty promises to "look into it" -- and then nothing happens. Ever. This company is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and frankly, a waste of time. Do not bother calling. Do not waste your energy expecting any real service. They should not be in business. read more

I called Justins towing at 7:30 pm and yet to send over a tow truck. A person parked in my spot at my building that I pay for. I called several times and each time they said they had a driver coming. No one showed up. Terrible experience read more

Stay away from this dishonest company!!! Plus don't visit mc donalds at 7550 101st st, ozone park - if you park the car, will go inside mc donalds, will get some important call, come outside to pick up the call (thinking that you will go back after speaking on the phone and get something) your car will be already hauled away within 5 minutes, they are trying to catch customers!!! Just stay away from this company, they don't deserve to make money! It is dirty money! this mc donalds and this towing company has some agreement probably, they were pointing out to each other "it was md donald's decision, we are just workers" mc donalds manager said "i am just manager selling burgers" read more

God awful company. towed my car and left multiple scratches on my bumper and ripped off a side light. when i called to make complaint they simply stalled me until a month later so they can hang up the phone. This company was hired by ride aid to tow your car away If you are not a customer of the store but in my case I was a customer , My son was inside the store while I crossed the street to pick up something , in less than 5 minutes they took my car away , They obviously have someone watching to see if you are going somewhere else , great !! they towed my car away to their garage , I have my receipts that I was a customer but to be honest what a great idea , they found the perfect way to rip people off , now I have to bother myself to hire a lawyer and suit this company and ride aid for doing illegal practices , the sign outside says RIDE AID CUSTOMER ONLY !! I guess both companies are in a big trouble now Updated for your comment ### I didn't leave the store for not longer the 6 minutes and my son was inside of the store clearly I was going to go back but as I see you guys set this as a way to get people's money , let's see how this gonna end because I understand the fact that there are more than 15 signs or whatever but you clearly don't understand MY SON WAS IN THE STORE SO WE HAD THE RIGHT TO PARK THERE EVEN IF I WALKED AWAY!! SO STOP BEING AND IGNORANT , however I'll report this business for fraudulent practices and that's not up to you if you'll still open or not read more

good evening: I would like to say thank you to you for almost towing my sons car today and charging him 68.00 to take it off of the lift. my son is visiting me and his father from the army and we havent seen him in 3 years, we have him here for only 2 days and then he has to go back to hawaii to assist with the evacuation. he has been in afghanistan three times, already in the army for 10 years, already a combat veteran with three deployments under his belt,  was back in new york literally 1 hour and wanted to go into cvs and get a slice from ozone pizza when he saw the guy come out of the bodega across the street, on his phone, and your truck come up to my sons car immediately and scam my son. so good for you, you made 68.00 and gave a bit to the guy across the street. kudos to all of you. so thank you. this is why I will only use Neil Provvisiero when I have any problems auto related.  or i need a tow...... good day to you. I called there to try and get a car towed that was blocking my driveway and they told me don't tow it unless it's got a ticket but I called 311 and the precinct several times and they said a towing company can tow the car that's blocking my driveway (hence the name of the company) also, guy on the phone was super rude and hung up on me read more

Worst towing company ever. They dropped my car off the truck while being towed and then tried to cover it up. I can visually see the damage but they say it wasn't them. They are very rude and aggressive. Will have to deal with insurance and planning to sue for damages. Hopefully their license gets revoked. They are paying people for 5 star reviews. Check fakespot. This is a total scam business. Please beware... Look at the way the owner is attacking anyone who leaves less than a positive review. That's the same or worse attitude that I've been dealing with in person. read more

My wife and I broke down in the center lane of Woodhaven Blvd, and were almost rear ended by the speeding drivers not paying attention to my emergency flashing lights. Contacted various towing services, but it was a wait of between 45 to 90 minutes. Contacted Justin's Towing and within 20 minutes, Tony showed up asked if we were okay, and inquired about the the car problem. Tony hooked up the car, and drove us to the mechanic dropped the car and then dropped us home 2 blocks away. Tony is a true professional, asked if we needed to contact anyone, or stop at the bank, presented his business card and branded his company...Justin's Towing! I can recommend Justin's Towing hands down and ask for Tony...the other drivers may be just as professional as Tony...but Tony is the only one we met, and if we should ever need to be towed, you can be sure we will ask for Tony and call Justin's Towing. read more

These guys are just amazing. Respond in less then 10 minutes. I had to go to work and my driveway was blocked. Car was issued a ticket already. I made the call and because of their quick response, I made it to work on time. Thank you so much for your professionalism every we need your help. I do see some negative post on your yelp account. By reading them, I am amazed how some ppl got their drivers licenses. Don't let them discourage you from doing your job. They break the law but don't want to deal with consequences. You guys are doing a great job. Thank again. read more

Scammers...do not use this service. They prey on people who park in store parking lots, where they wait until they leave their car, then tow it. They demand cash up front, claim they don't take credit cards, while they have your car on their tow truck. I am about to make several contacts to ensure they are dealt with. See other reports of the same behavior. read more

This is scam company, they towing cars demanding cash. Illegal practices. I called their office a woman said I couldn't pay with my card cause quote "I don't want you to dispute transaction". Hey think everybody so dishonest and miserable as they are. But he game me good idea to do a dispute. I filed a complaint with NYC department of consumer affairs. If you have been or are in situations they towed or towing you car DO NOT PAY CASH. They will steal from you. COMPLAIN on them. Their license should be taken if they of course have one. This business was recently hired by Rite Aid on Rockaway Blvd in Queens to tow away cars parked illegally. On the very first day of working with Rite Aid they towed my husband's car even though he was at Rite Aid to get his flu shot! My husband had to ultimately pay $136 because they wouldn't release his car otherwise. We have the receipts from Rite Aid with the time stamped and everything. I called the district manager of Rite Aid who asked this company to give us a call so we can get our money back and they are NOT calling us. What gives? You would think this business would want to call back and make a wrong right but I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM. Very deceptive and beware if you shop at Rite Aid you may end up paying $136 for a flu shot!! read more

Be careful if you shop at the food bazaar in Ridgewood on gates av. They have some man sit in a van or car all day and illegally wait and watch for you to leave the lot (even if you shop at the store first) and once you do, the guy calls to his tow truck driver who is parked near by to come tow you. Thankfully some guy was there warning people last week. He was waiting at the entrance for hours and was warning people of what they were up to including myself. Bless his heart. He saved me a few hundred dollars. And according to him, he was just happy to keep money out of these tow guys' pockets! We need more people like him to expose these crooks! I have a driveway in Jamaica queens that is constantly getting blocked, the process for getting the car removed involves calling 311 and having the cops ticket the vehicle, after which you would call a tow truck to respond. Had someone blocking my driveway this morning. I got the police to give the car a ticket and then called Justin's to have them remove the car. Justin told me the tow truck would be there in 30. Two hours later the truck still had not shown up and the car was still blocking my driveway. I called multiple times during this period to get an ETA and all Justin could tell me was that it would be there "very soon, there's traffic bro". Considering Justin's is only a 25 minute drive from my house WITH TRAFFIC, this excuse was pure BS. I had to call another tow company to get the job done. Never will I use Justin's again. read more

This company deserves zero stars. They towed my brothers car while he ran up to HIS apartment to get HIS lunch. Less than 5 minutes. But they just pull and see who they can get and then take cash only like the scamming business they are. I saw the scammer then come back and try to take a car with a kid in it. This is a PRIVATE APARTMENT COMPLEX we pay 3k a month for. This business needs to be sued for the dirty work they do, I'm sure their karma will come back around 10 fold. It's a shame we just came from COVID and people lost so many jobs and lives and as soon as were in PHASE 1 these nasty people want to come steal your money. I hope they get sued and reported, they deserve it. read more

I just wanted to express how ridiculous and money hungry companies can get. Towing companies like this one here pay to put up their sign on store parking lots for their own $$$$ benefit. Clearly no staff member of CVS or Rite Aid EVER report cars unless they are left for a length of time. So IT IS VERY CLEAR that they have some of their own staff serve as scouters. Because I for one wasn't gone for 10 min, and now have to tell a pharmacy whom i've gone to for many years that i will no longer be a costumer or fill any prescriptions for allowing a money hungry towing company rob people of their money. The man who attended me clearly was a smart ass, and on top of explaining to me on why he doesn't accept credit cards really made no sense. THIEVES !!!!!! read more
