This company is a joke!! Recently had a home inspection in which they advised my fireplace damper exhibited corrosion indicating the presence of moisture within the chimney system....I have no fireplace. They also noted that there was old siding under the new....Not true. And the best part is they claimed a crack in my concrete could cause a tripping hazard.....better consider getting you a wheel chair. Everyone has cracks in their concrete.
