Izzy could not have tried harder or cared more about attaining the desired resolution. I'm giving 5 stars for the 5 star effort she put forth on my behalf and likely anyone who is fortunate enough to be paired with her for assistance. You can pay anyone to do a job, you cannot pay a soul to genuinely care. Izzy cares. Izzy cared about my burden as if it were her own. Izzys kindness, diligence and professionalism, etc. stood out in a way you DONT SEE MUCH OF THESE DAYS. The branch is fine but NFCU is privileged to have her on their team. Izzy would be an MVP at any bank whose standards are "Excellence. Always. No Exceptions". Any bank would deliver excellence with her on their team. NFCU and customers like me is who she chooses to give her best to and I'm grateful for her efforts. NFCU: Izzy is a top tier Associate, she deserves to be openly acknowledged for the 5-star bar she set, met and far exceeded if. CJ was another young professional at the Annapolis branch of NFCU. He asked for my credentials and advised me that he would speak with his supervisor. After the briefest pause he returned to the counter and resolved my concern with nothing further needed on my part. I first went to both UPS and PNC but their notaries were not there. I'm not sure why they don't get more than one person to become a notary. I found their rates to be competitive. Fees were disclosed up front when I inquired. I found them to be extremely responsive. I applied on a Friday before a long holiday weekend. I received a couple of follow up phone calls, e-mail responses and written approval within hours. All of my subsequent e-mails were replied to within 24 hours, usually within a few hours. When I decided to proceed with the purchase, the process was quick and easy. I received the paperwork within hours and promptly returned it. On my numerous times going past this NFCU I will say that I have never experienced it being so crowded that service was compromised. This says plenty as there are only three tellers, excuse me, financial assistant professionals usually working at the front. For some they will avoid this place because they may think it is crowded as I thought but not the case. In this case I think this idea is what keeps people away. Irony. Excellent quick service and the location is very convenient to the commissary, NEX, and Navy medical. Also there is excellent WiFi service provided for free by NFCU. Today I had a couple of hundred dollars in loose coins I wanted to cash in. The coin counting machine worked and I received cash from a teller. I had another 50 min drive to make. So, I figured I'd make a pit stop before getting on the road. I was told the restroom was closed for security reasons. Really, what the what?
