Aman from Metro Insulation inspected our attic, happily answered my concerns and questions…read moreregarding the job and possible rebates and then provided a written estimate. A few hours later Karn from Metro Insulation telephoned to ask if I had any further questions or concerns and what I thought of the estimate... the estimate addressed my concerns (repair/add rafter vents etc as needed and top up the insulation to R-50) and the price was quite reasonable so I booked the job for the following week. On that day... his crew arrived promptly and got right to work. The job took about 2.5 hours to complete, about 30 minutes to setup and repair vents and such and another 2 hours of blowing in Owens Corning Pink insulation, once that was finished the guys cleaned and vacuumed up any mess they made. In the meantime Karn emailed me the completed invoice needed for the rebate. All in all the whole process went quite smoothly and I would definitely hire or recommend Metro Insulation again!

He was super quick to answer emails, no hassle to book or reschedule, showed up on time and was extremely kind. We bought a dresser/change table that on be box says I takes 2 hours for 2 people to put together. All reviews online said it took more like 4-5 hours. With me being pregnant and all, we decided to hire someone because the 4-5 hours would be just too much stress. We have never hired a handy man to do these types of furniture since I actually quite enjoy doing it. Because it was just him, I thought maybe he'd take 2-3 hours if he as super fast but he did the whole thing in under 1 hour!!! I couldn't believe when he told me it was done! He gathered all the garbage together and left it super tidy. I'd definitely recommend his service!

I can't begin to say enough about the job that Prorise did on the painting of the exterior of our…read morehouse. It was a big job that took a crew of three amazing guys almost three weeks to complete. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. I felt as though they cared more about the job than I did. Jason, Bujar, and Soku were an extremely professional crew that over delivered on every aspect of the job. They greeted us every morning with a genuine good morning, they respected our privacy and they left each day with all their equipment cleaned up and tucked into our backyard. The preparation work that they did was amazing. Our house is 14 years old and had never been painted since the original builder's paint job. The Prorise guys repaired every little crack and sealed every window in a manner that made the house better than when it was brand new. Now that I have seen what a good paint job looks like, I will never accept the crappy job that the original builder provided again! I can both see and feel the difference in the quality of the paint. I have looked at the work in all different lighting throughout the days since the job was completed and I see not a single brush stroke. All I see is perfection.

Plus they only offered to sand after it rained and the stain failed. Sanding should have been part of the job to start with. The sanding and restaining makes it a little less worse but still sad looking. I will wait a couple of years for it to fade and start over. I suggest you read the estimate very carefully, they are written in pretty vague terms except for all the legaleze. Make sure you know exactly what you are paying for or better yet hire another painting company, there are many.
