Rez called me to discuss my painting needs more after I requested an estimate through Yelp…read more Unfortunately, we needed something done way sooner than I had originally thought (like within 2 days YIKES!) so I told him that and said I'd just have to do the painting myself. He said okay and told me to call him if I had any questions or concerns or needed any advice along the way. Then he told me I could use his discount in the paint stores since I was going to buy my own paint to do the work myself!! I couldn't believe it. He was so so nice and I genuinely believe that I could call him over the next couple days while I'm painting and ask him any questions and he'd be happy to help out. I am truly sorry I could not hire him this time around, but he'll be at the top of my list next time I need painting. I was so impressed!

We hired Master painters to do the exterior and interior painting of our home in Chilliwack. We…read morecould not be more pleased with the job done by his crew. We had a few concerns we mentioned before we signed the contract. One was timing and the second was smoking. We said we would like them to stick to the schedule and they did. Dave said it would take them 7 days for the exterior and 5 days for the interior. To make sure this happened he sent a crew of 5 (non-Smokers) painters who were both professional and courteous. (Rick J's comment was not our experience about the look of his employees. There were no homeless looking painters). The communication with every one at Master painters was excellent. There were no hidden costs or extra's. They asked for our approval before doing any extra's and charging us. We had 3 companies quote on the job and although Master Painters quote was the highest, we feel we made a good decision based on the performance of his company and employees. I will be recommending Master Painters to any one who is looking for a painting company.

The night before I had to change the start time due to some issues with my move. He was understanding and worked with me. The guys that came to do the painting were very nice and considerate of my cats that had to stay in one of the rooms. When an extra coat of paint was needed to cover the dark colours Jaycee let me know right away so I was aware of costs. Really appreciate them working with me through some hiccups and the place looks great and was affordable.
