I made an appointment with them and they showed up almost 40 minutes too late. Upon arrival, the technician was completely nonchalant about his impunctuality and was rude to my wife. But it gets worse, the guy didn't even have the right tools with him because he thought we hired him to do pressure washing! When I repeatedly called the office, all I I got was their answering service. It literally took them almost a day and a half to call me back. When they actually did call me back, (I got some airhead girl on the phone that didn't know anything about the business,) all they offered me was a measly 5% discount and a voucher to get my house sprayed for insects in the future. Are these people for real? What the heck does this have to do with my current problem? Absolutely unbelievable. I was left wondering who the heck was running this business. So I did some checking on the internet and I found this LinkedIn account here: https://ca.linkedin.com/in/mark-amery-12ba43a7?trk=prof-samename-name In closing, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They actually say that one of their other services that they provide is "Property Management", this is laughable. I would never get these losers to management my property for me. Honestly, they all seem like they are stoned on Marijuana. Especially the service man I was dealing with named Larry. They don't seem to care about providing any service to their customers. STAY AWAY!

We have some large cedar trees in our yard that drop a lot of needles in the winter into the gutters so gutter cleaning is a major issue for us and the gutters were overdue for cleaning. I'll attach some photos that they sent after the job was done.
