It seems they have found a way to re-activate your subscription even after you cancel it just so they can charge you one final time and then after the 2nd time of "cancelling" your subscription, they send an email and text to make it seem official. #Original Problem - The original problem was that I needed to make a TV screen adjustment and was missing the remote control to make setup adjustments. Buttons on the back of TV did not support entering setup mode. #1 - The first advice from JustAnswer would have caused several new issues and maybe fix the original issue by hard reset TV back to factory. #2 - The second advice from JustAnswer was how to purchase a replacement remote control. #Google - I could not find a solution via Google search. #Myself - I did figure out how to correct the problem with a USB keyboard plugged into the TV. Special key presses were needed that did not appear in the Google search (shift+F10)(same as mouse right click). Then utilize the arrow keys to navigate the setup functions. #Comment1 - Not worth the JustAnswer charge $$$. #Comment2 - JustAnswer technicians took a lot of time to come up with their poor answers.
