Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences my child has ever had with a driving instructor…read more His instructor, Mr. Brandon, was extremely rude and disrespectful toward my son throughout the lesson. Instead of calmly teaching and correcting his mistakes, he yelled at him, called him stupid, and even told him he was "the most stupid driver he has ever seen." There is absolutely no reason for an instructor to speak to a student that way, especially someone who is there to learn. Making mistakes is part of learning how to drive, and a professional instructor should be patient, encouraging, and respectful--not insulting or belittling a student. My son came home feeling embarrassed and discouraged instead of confident about learning to drive. I was especially disappointed because I trusted this company to provide a safe and positive learning environment for my child. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this experience to other parents. Management should seriously address how instructors are speaking to and treating their students. No child should be made to feel stupid or afraid while trying to learn an important life skill. Very disappointed with the company and with Mr. Brandon.
