We are very happy with our experience with Elizabethtown Flooring!…read more We were unsure what exactly we were looking for and Kayla looked at a few pictures and very quickly made wonderful suggestions to meet our needs and the style we were seeking. The process was painless and fast, and Jordon was so helpful. Within a short period of time Brian came to our home, took measurements of the room, answered all our questions, and gave us a quote. We were also very impressed with the installation. Rafaela and Matheus were both professional, courteous, and very skilled. The installation was done with great care and surprisingly fast. Their work was precise and impeccable, and they left the room immaculate. Not only was the experience of working with everyone easy, and the installation was wonderful, the products they carry are high quality. Every step of the entire process was professional, pleasant, clear, and double checked. A+ service from start to finish!

I was looking for something for a spare room and didn't want to spend a lot of money. The sales lady however couldn't have been less interested in helping me with that! I guess the commission is lower on those or something. True or not, this is how she made me feel and as a result, I ended up not buying anything from her because of her attitude. I found another place that was more interested in taking my money, so I spent it there instead!

I was so excited when I found this website! The rugs look fabulous and exactly my style. When I saw…read morethat in stock rugs would be delivered, free, within 10 days, I was elated, so I placed an order on December 14, with delivery promised by 12/24. Later that day I received a tracking number, and it said "in transit" on the company tracking, but the fedex tracking said a number had been created but that was all. No estimated delivery date. I checked back frequently but there were no updates. So today I called, because it looked like something had happened. They did not have a rug for me! So they have reversed the charges on my credit card, but it is now Dec 22 and I have no rug for my Christmas party. To say I am upset is an understatement! If I were the company, I would have offered compensation in the form of a large credit toward my next order. But no, they did not, so I will not be using them again. I understand out of stock situations occur, but the fact that I had to uncover it and had received no communication or updates, and lost 8 days of time in searching for a rug, is the real problem.
