This was my second visit to the Just Tires location in Venice, California, and once again I was helped by Dale. My first visit was about two years ago, and I've never forgotten how kind and genuine he was during a difficult time in my life. This visit reminded me exactly why I came back. Earlier that day, I had taken my car to the dealership, where I was given nearly $3,000 worth of recommended repairs. They even told me there was a chance my car (Toyota Corolla 2023) might not start the next time I drove it and recommended replacing all four tires. Wanting a second opinion, I came to Just Tires. Dale listened to my concerns, carefully inspected everything the dealership had recommended, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. He never pressured me or tried to upsell me. Instead, he gave me an honest assessment and confirmed that only one tire needed replacement. A few hours later, I walked out having spent only $160 instead of thousands. I was honestly blown away. Finding an auto shop you can trust is hard, and Dale earned mine. Because of this experience, Just Tires will be my first stop for future service. I only hope Dale gets the recognition he deserves because employees like him are the reason customers come back. read more

Do NOT come here for ride share vehicle inspections. On Ride Share apps, every Just Tires advertises $25 for an inspection. I came in with 2 documents for both Lyft and Uber and thought I'd knock both out since it's a single inspection. I was charged $80 due to not confirming the price and them having a small sign on the counter. In giant text, it had the ride share logos and in small text under, it said it was $40. Not only are the prices different than advertised aside from a small sheet of paper when you're already at the counter, they'll try to charge you multiple times for a single inspection. I understand I should've confirmed the price beforehand but this feels like a pretty predatory practice and I can't imagine what else they try to get away with with other car services. Giving 2 stars due to there being a little sign present despite everything else. read more

9 AM, I turn on the car and - dang, low tire pressure sensor is on. There's a nail in my tire, we are coming from NorCal and far away from home. Just Tires was able to work on my car within 10 minutes of arrival. Dale who was at the desk was so helpful and knowledgeable about my tire issue. I highly recommend this location. Pricing/value was good and great service and staff. Have a coffee from the Keurig while you wait too read more

My first time visiting and went because my car said the rear tire pressure was low. The front office guys were really nice. They told me they could check the tire pressure and add air, but for a thorough check I would need to leave the car. I agreed to leave it. They called maybe an hour or so later and couldn't find the wheel lock key (which I didn't even know I had /needed). Long story short, we found it (the worker showed me where it is typically stored with the spare and other tools - which was very helpful and I honestly had no idea). The tire ended up having a nail so they patched it. $50. I can't remember price of my last patch but it seemed relatively inexpensive to me. I did ask them if they do smog checks because my car is due, but they do not. I would bring my car back here for anything tire related. Friendly & helpful staff. read more

They were very helpful putting tires on my Mercedes some years ago. I spoke to Dale, and he said that head office told him that they weren't allowed to put tires on expensive cars like Porsche, Ferrari and apparently my Bentley counts, even though it's less expensive than a Camry. I genuinely feel discriminated against lol As for, "the policy" I found it two consecutive days. The first day I was told that you couldn't program the sensors (they don't need programming) and when I call you back to let you know, you gave me a brand new reason, ie. "The policy," Here's the problem with that. The sensors, the wheels, and the tires are all in the trunk of my Mercedes, they merely need assembling. I could put the wheels on the car myself at home, since you aren't able to do it. Of course, I'm not going to do that, I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy and lies. Actually work in the field of body language and verbal communication - the sense I got over the phone was, oh you have a Bentley, forget you then, lol hence the genuine feeling of discrimination, I grew up poor, I recognize it. read more

I couldn't have had a better repair experience than I did this afternoon at Just Tires in Venice. I came in without an appointment with a severely damaged tire. It was 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon, one and a half hours form shop closing time. Dale met me immediately, assessed the damage, and gave me an estimate of cost (admitting I was paying a premium for a drive-flat tire that was not what I had but was all they had as an otherwise perfect replacement). The repair time could be an hour and a half. I asked for his speediest repair time and he came back to me having reassigned a mechanic from from a less immediate job. I was done, perfectly, in 30 minutes. Bravo! read more

I had to last minute get both of my rear tires replaced yesterday and my experience was great! Good prices, friendly, and quick!

Got here at 8 o'clock sharp for a flat tire The manager did not even show up till 830 With his employees waiting for him There was a line of cars. Everyone was impatient. I end up waiting almost 2 hours and when I asked him if my vehicle was going to be service anytime soon He said there's a car that needs an oil change ahead of me and he cannot assist me with a simple patch fix.. you would think they had a line just for oil change and tire repairs I left and went down the street to Lincoln tire, where I got quick service And tire was repaired quickly Manager at just tire is more like just Tired is way too relax, and Service is not up to par with other tire shop in the area read more

I was running very low on my brake pads, and started to hear metal and metal, ignored it for a couple weeks which I will never do again.Because I realized more damage if you don't attend right away. That being said, I was far from home and I knew I could not drive another single mile without knowing my car would fail, prior to this, I have been researching break shops for cars for weeks and months, with no hope. Then today I look up, look to my left and there was just tires, i go online to see if I can schedule an appointment.Same day same time appointment, within 2 hours. They had me in fixed all four brake pads, all four rotors, and for an amazing price, a price that i've never seen cheaper elsewhere. Below nine hundred dollars, that's outstanding. This whole process made me acknowledge Just Tires, and we'll be going back for all my car.Needs. Jose, at the front desk, calmly helped me. Through this process, insuring me, this can be done within hours. So helpful he was. The store manager christian, besides his Addictive charm, he was so knowledgeable, patient, was having creating a fun space making sure all the other employees needs were taken care of as well as that clients as well as himself. The whole energy was outstanding. I recommend going to Venice location, just tires or any location of just tires. I bet they are all is great, but venice is the way to go!! Thank you so much again!! read more

Jose was really helpful when I came in with the tire pressure warning light on. He diagnosed which tire was the problem, discovered a nail in it and had his technicians put the spare on for me. He explained that they didn't have a way to fix the tire due to the angle of the nail but that another shop might be able to do so. His honesty is so appreciated! He didn't try to sell me a tire I didn't need. Very trustworthy! read more

Got 4 new Goodyear tires, alignment and 4 new TPM stems installed. The manager was nice enough to give me a break on the total cost of the expensive tire pressure monitors, since they were installing new tires at the same time. Everyone from the manager to the technician, who worked on my car, was friendly respectful and professional. They put new tires and TPMS on my truck last year, and the service was even better this time; AKA, repeat customer! read more

Absolute worst customer service ever. I brought my car in 30 minutes after they opened. I asked the man at the desk how long it would take he said an hour or an hour and a half. I waited that long and then saw that my car still was not even on the lift. I asked again how long it would be and they said an hour or an hour and a half. Then told me I don't listen. Well gave me my keys back and sent me away without even fixing my car. read more

The guys who work here are so kind. I work nearby and always stop to have them fill my tires up with air and they don't charge me anything and have also answered misc car questions I have. They never have a wait and have quoted me fair prices for brakes and oil changes etc. Overall just honest guys doing good work! read more

Christian went over and above to help with a problem I was having with break lights and turn signal bulbs not working. He researched and suggested a part I could order as Just tires didn't have it and it's not something they typically work on. I ordered the part and he installed it for me at no charge and everything is working well. Really appreciate the time and effort involved in helping me out. I took car to just tires to have break pads replaced, so a completely unrelated problem. Thanks Christian! read more

I've been here a few times to get a tire replaced or patched and the service has always been friendly, efficient and best of all they do honest work. I've never been pressured to pay for additional services or more expensive tires. I was just here on Thursday to get a tire patched or so I thought...my car had a sensor with low tire pressure going for a week even after I added air to it. I brought it in expecting to replace it and after they inspected it they told me that the tire was fine, it was my sensors that were off. They reset the sensors and didn't charge me anything. Thank you so much! I wish I would have gotten the gentlemen's name that helped me. read more

I got a flat and needed a new tire. I got there within minutes of them opening and was told i would need to leave the car there for 2-4 hours and that there were a few cars ahead of me. I was not planning on this taking all day so I skipped it and went to Pep Boys that did it in 35 mins. It looks like there's one guy at the desk and one guy working on cars. The guy at the front was nice but having to leave your car there for half of the day for a simple tire or oil change is ridiculous. Those things take 30 minutes. Not sure if having an appointment is any better, telling by previous reviews it doesn't help. read more

I came into today needing a new tire after getting a flat, which is never a pleasant situation. But as soon as I walked in, Dale greeted me promptly and assisted me quickly. He had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time, which was especially appreciated during such a frustrating situation. It was such a pleasant experience coming here and I will definitely be coming back to this location. read more

I just had a most pleasant experience at Just Tires today. I could not be any more pleased with the service I received from Dale in the office, and Luis. I've brought my car here for tires ever since I moved to the area. Today, we noticed a slow puncture and we got it into the shop asap because we have a long trip tomorrow. As always, they couldn't do enough for me. They fit me in within half an hour even though they were mega busy. Thanks to all the team, customer service was and is excellent. Special mention to Stephanie who was managing multiple customers at once as well as phones and paperwork - always had a friendly smile and tone about her even though she was very busy. read more

I've butt-heads with previous Just Tires location, but the customer service here was far superior to any of the other franchise locations I got a set of the Goodyear Max-life best tires possible, with 3-year alignment for far below market value compared to other tire shops in the west LA area. It only took 2 hours to install, align, etc. The other body shops around the area quoted me at taking 6-8 hours! UGH! Would definitely come back to this location! read more

They were honest and polite. Came there thinking I needed a patch job or even a new tire and they told me that one of them actually was overinflated. No charge. read more

I don't ordinarily write reviews (unless they're awful. lol...), but I had such a good service here, they really went above and beyond. I just went there, because my valve stem caps were corroded on, and also I had a nail in one tire, and a gouge in the sidewall of another one, both of which I wanted to have checked out. I also was due for an oil change, so asked them to do that, as well. The manager in charge that day took my car in right away, and checked out all of my concerns. They removed my corroded valves, stem caps, and put on the new set that I brought. They tested the nail in the tire and the gouge in the side, and told me that neither one of them were a problem and did not need fixing or replacement. They did my oil change, while I waited, and it didn't take very long. They were incredibly nice, did not upsell me on anything, and were very efficient. read more

Since my experience with work on my Lexus RX was great. I decided to bring my Mother's car here too. This particular Just Tire is clean and has a spacious lobby to wait. I'd like to give a shout out to the service manager, Trent, and mechanic, Luis, at the Just Tires on Lincoln Blvd. in Venice for the GREAT customer service and repair work on my car today!!! I made an appointment for 8:00 AM when the shop opened, and Trent promptly came out to greet me and look at my car. From the detailed maintenance records that I keep on my car, I was pretty sure the metallic scraping sound was my front brakes which had never been serviced. Sure enough, Luis diagnosed my problem as completely worn front pads and damaged rotors. Then Trent gave me a reasonable cost estimate without trying to "upsell" me for other work as many other shops do. After enjoying a fresh cup of Keurig coffee and watching TV in the very nice Just Tires waiting area, I drove out of the parking lot and headed home with my brakes like new in UNDER two hours, which included time for the parts to be delivered. Thanks again to Trent and Luis for the excellent, professional, and friendly service. I highly recommend this Just Tires location!!! read more

They lost my business. Came in on 5/8/19 at 5:05, no cars in the garage and nobody to help me. Some guy came in from outside to greet me after I waited 15 minutes and he said with a huffing breathe I'll be right with you and I stood for another 10 minutes. No thanks, I'll take my business to the 76 on Lincoln where you actually get customer service read more

These guys are amazing, got some amazing new tires for my wife's and they did a superb job at a very fair price! Came in two months later to repair a screw in my tire, they did the patch very quickly, was chatting about my Subaru forester needing a new catalytic converter ( which I was about to have my local mechanic fix) and they informed me that it's under warranty still by the manufacture saving me THOUSANDS of dollars. read more

I was a paid customer in 2015 for convenience and recent returned patron. I had a nail in one of my tires. I called to get a quote and they said $10. Upon arrival they up sold me with fear which I did not appreciate. Ryan pretty much said I needed to replace all four tires. Original quoting two different prices. I started to ask friends and family for recommendations. Default was Costco and also a hidden family own gem: Davis Brothers in Culver City. They totally priced match Costco. They assessed my tires and said I only need two replaced. I'm so grateful as I'm seating in their clean waiting room. Will be a customer for life! read more

I had a great experience today just tires on Lincoln in Venice. Jeremy greeted me as soon as I pulled up in the parking lot he was smiling he was attentive and he was kind and warm. I told him that my tire light gauge him on and that my alignment was off so no problem be happy to help you. I've been went inside because I knew that he needed my information because I had an account and warranties. When they called me out to look at my car Lewis the mechanic who was working on my car was so informative so knowledgeable just like Jeremy and so patient and able to explain things and a way that made more sense because I don't know Cartalk completely. Anyway he showed me that my struts needed to be replaced and that there was cupping on my back tires which was wearing my car out. I showed him the paperwork from Honda and he showed me what they did and what they didn't do to my surprise. I ended up getting the top-tier tire because my tires are shot I knew that coming in but I also know how to warranty. They said I could replace the tire because it was a nail in it for $45 and be on the road. I started looking around feeling stressed knowing that I need is good tires wondering what to do because the tires I had were the second-tier but not as good because I was constantly replacing them let's be honest Los Angeles is filled with nails potholes, the roads are horrific in Southern California. What I really prescient it from Jeremy was his non-sales approach is just transparency and his genuine concern for my safety and my experience with just tires. I think I really love the most is just the customer service I received from both of these men. Customer service these days is so rare. Look at the United airline nightmare. He gave me a discount and helped me afford my roadside warranties. So grateful. This location services heads and shoulders above the Culver location. 8/22/17 So I came in to get my Uber inspection. And I knew that my front brakes need to be fixed. I do all dealer serviced at Honda with the exception of my tires. Well that is until today. Honda quoted me $310 not including rotor resurfacing for my front brakes and that was with the deal. Once again Jeremy help me out and Karim , I was quoted $222 for new ceramic brakes, service and a brake fluid flush and replacement fluids compared to Honda. Honda Quaters 300$ for ceramic and wouldn't put them In because they use the smi mental brakes. Ceramic are quieter and last longer. So happy that I save so much money. I think what I really love is the transparency here at this just tires location in Lincoln before exceeded my expectation compared to any other location I've been to regarding my cars in the past and even current. karim showed me the ceramic brakes I am watching them being Installed. It's like watching your chef in an open kitchen cook for you. I really love the transparency they're not hiding anything they are doing. They are also doing what they're saying they're going to do. Which is a relief. read more

Treated me with respect. You know... women NEVER receive respect @ any mechanical , tire or auto oriented joint.
