My first time visiting and went because my car said the rear tire pressure was low. The front office guys were really nice. They told me they could check the tire pressure and add air, but for a thorough check I would need to leave the car. I agreed to leave it. They called maybe an hour or so later and couldn't find the wheel lock key (which I didn't even know I had /needed). Long story short, we found it (the worker showed me where it is typically stored with the spare and other tools - which was very helpful and I honestly had no idea). The tire ended up having a nail so they patched it. $50. I can't remember price of my last patch but it seemed relatively inexpensive to me. I did ask them if they do smog checks because my car is due, but they do not. I would bring my car back here for anything tire related. Friendly & helpful staff. read more

They were very helpful putting tires on my Mercedes some years ago. I spoke to Dale, and he said that head office told him that they weren't allowed to put tires on expensive cars like Porsche, Ferrari and apparently my Bentley counts, even though it's less expensive than a Camry. I genuinely feel discriminated against lol As for, "the policy" I found it two consecutive days. The first day I was told that you couldn't program the sensors (they don't need programming) and when I call you back to let you know, you gave me a brand new reason, ie. "The policy," Here's the problem with that. The sensors, the wheels, and the tires are all in the trunk of my Mercedes, they merely need assembling. I could put the wheels on the car myself at home, since you aren't able to do it. Of course, I'm not going to do that, I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy and lies. Actually work in the field of body language and verbal communication - the sense I got over the phone was, oh you have a Bentley, forget you then, lol hence the genuine feeling of discrimination, I grew up poor, I recognize it. read more

I couldn't have had a better repair experience than I did this afternoon at Just Tires in Venice. I came in without an appointment with a severely damaged tire. It was 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon, one and a half hours form shop closing time. Dale met me immediately, assessed the damage, and gave me an estimate of cost (admitting I was paying a premium for a drive-flat tire that was not what I had but was all they had as an otherwise perfect replacement). The repair time could be an hour and a half. I asked for his speediest repair time and he came back to me having reassigned a mechanic from from a less immediate job. I was running very low on my brake pads, and started to hear metal and metal, ignored it for a couple weeks which I will never do again.Because I realized more damage if you don't attend right away. Jose was really helpful when I came in with the tire pressure warning light on. He diagnosed which tire was the problem, discovered a nail in it and had his technicians put the spare on for me. He explained that they didn't have a way to fix the tire due to the angle of the nail but that another shop might be able to do so. His honesty is so appreciated! I've been here a few times to get a tire replaced or patched and the service has always been friendly, efficient and best of all they do honest work. I've never been pressured to pay for additional services or more expensive tires. I was just here on Thursday to get a tire patched or so I thought...my car had a sensor with low tire pressure going for a week even after I added air to it. I brought it in expecting to replace it and after they inspected it they told me that the tire was fine, it was my sensors that were off. They reset the sensors and didn't charge me anything. I got a flat and needed a new tire. I got there within minutes of them opening and was told i would need to leave the car there for 2-4 hours and that there were a few cars ahead of me. I was not planning on this taking all day so I skipped it and went to Pep Boys that did it in 35 mins. It looks like there's one guy at the desk and one guy working on cars. The guy at the front was nice but having to leave your car there for half of the day for a simple tire or oil change is ridiculous. Those things take 30 minutes. Not sure if having an appointment is any better, telling by previous reviews it doesn't help. read more

I've butt-heads with previous Just Tires location, but the customer service here was far superior to any of the other franchise locations I got a set of the Goodyear Max-life best tires possible, with 3-year alignment for far below market value compared to other tire shops in the west LA area. I don't ordinarily write reviews (unless they're awful. lol...), but I had such a good service here, they really went above and beyond. I just went there, because my valve stem caps were corroded on, and also I had a nail in one tire, and a gouge in the sidewall of another one, both of which I wanted to have checked out. I also was due for an oil change, so asked them to do that, as well. The manager in charge that day took my car in right away, and checked out all of my concerns. They removed my corroded valves, stem caps, and put on the new set that I brought. They tested the nail in the tire and the gouge in the side, and told me that neither one of them were a problem and did not need fixing or replacement. They did my oil change, while I waited, and it didn't take very long. They were incredibly nice, did not upsell me on anything, and were very efficient. read more

I'd like to give a shout out to the service manager, Trent, and mechanic, Luis, at the Just Tires on Lincoln Blvd. in Venice for the GREAT customer service and repair work on my car today!!! I made an appointment for 8:00 AM when the shop opened, and Trent promptly came out to greet me and look at my car. From the detailed maintenance records that I keep on my car, I was pretty sure the metallic scraping sound was my front brakes which had never been serviced. Sure enough, Luis diagnosed my problem as completely worn front pads and damaged rotors. Then Trent gave me a reasonable cost estimate without trying to "upsell" me for other work as many other shops do. After enjoying a fresh cup of Keurig coffee and watching TV in the very nice Just Tires waiting area, I drove out of the parking lot and headed home with my brakes like new in UNDER two hours, which included time for the parts to be delivered. He then viewed my truck and said he can't help me because it's too tall for their racks. Same racks as before and no changes to the height of the working area. I had a great experience today just tires on Lincoln in Venice. Jeremy greeted me as soon as I pulled up in the parking lot he was smiling he was attentive and he was kind and warm. I told him that my tire light gauge him on and that my alignment was off so no problem be happy to help you. I've been went inside because I knew that he needed my information because I had an account and warranties. When they called me out to look at my car Lewis the mechanic who was working on my car was so informative so knowledgeable just like Jeremy and so patient and able to explain things and a way that made more sense because I don't know Cartalk completely. Anyway he showed me that my struts needed to be replaced and that there was cupping on my back tires which was wearing my car out. I showed him the paperwork from Honda and he showed me what they did and what they didn't do to my surprise. I ended up getting the top-tier tire because my tires are shot I knew that coming in but I also know how to warranty. They said I could replace the tire because it was a nail in it for $45 and be on the road. I started looking around feeling stressed knowing that I need is good tires wondering what to do because the tires I had were the second-tier but not as good because I was constantly replacing them let's be honest Los Angeles is filled with nails potholes, the roads are horrific in Southern California. What I really prescient it from Jeremy was his non-sales approach is just transparency and his genuine concern for my safety and my experience with just tires. I think I really love the most is just the customer service I received from both of these men. Customer service these days is so rare. Look at the United airline nightmare. He gave me a discount and helped me afford my roadside warranties. So grateful. This location services heads and shoulders above the Culver location. 8/22/17 So I came in to get my Uber inspection. And I knew that my front brakes need to be fixed. I do all dealer serviced at Honda with the exception of my tires. Well that is until today. Honda quoted me $310 not including rotor resurfacing for my front brakes and that was with the deal. Once again Jeremy help me out and Karim , I was quoted $222 for new ceramic brakes, service and a brake fluid flush and replacement fluids compared to Honda. Honda Quaters 300$ for ceramic and wouldn't put them In because they use the smi mental brakes. Ceramic are quieter and last longer. So happy that I save so much money. I think what I really love is the transparency here at this just tires location in Lincoln before exceeded my expectation compared to any other location I've been to regarding my cars in the past and even current. karim showed me the ceramic brakes I am watching them being Installed. It's like watching your chef in an open kitchen cook for you. I really love the transparency they're not hiding anything they are doing. They are also doing what they're saying they're going to do.
