I live in Angleton so I went to the Angleton location after I got off of work @5 to have them look at my tire I possibly ran over a nail and needed my tire to be plugged . I was told I needed to schedule an appointment so I scheduled the next day for 6pm to come in after I pick up my daughter from daycare . When I came in for my appointment I was told that I would have to schedule another appointment because they cannot look at my tire . I understand when businesses are busy and cannot get to you right before closing hours . But for them to have me schedule an appointment for the next day and still not at least look at my tire is very disappointing. I am a single mother and I work 8 am- 5 pm weekdays in the Houston area . The fact that I bought 4 brand new tires with 60,000 mile warranty and I'm having to put air in my tire every time I go somewhere until I can have someone look at it is very disappointing. Firestone has officially lost my business next time I buy new tires I will take my money elsewhere.

I was thrilled! We've used them before when they were at their other location, and have been pleased with the work done. They recommended I put a used tire on, until I was ready to replace my tires. I asked if they had the tires I wanted, but unfortunately they were not in stock. I asked them to order them, and the tires will be available on Monday (today is Friday). They mounted a good used tire for now, and there was no charge. I highly recommend Brazosport Tire!
