He said well maybe you can go around back outside and use the out back. So I moved my vehicle out back and I was outside and I stepped out of my vehicle and he yelled at me " if your gonna be in my SHOP! Then you need to wear a mask". I replied "Sir I'm sorry I wasn't even supposed to stop somwere I've just had bad luck all I'm asking is to borrow a tire gauge" and he was reluctant to help me. I live in Angleton so I went to the Angleton location after I got off of work @5 to have them look at my tire I possibly ran over a nail and needed my tire to be plugged . I was told I needed to schedule an appointment so I scheduled the next day for 6pm to come in after I pick up my daughter from daycare . When I came in for my appointment I was told that I would have to schedule another appointment because they cannot look at my tire . I understand when businesses are busy and cannot get to you right before closing hours . But for them to have me schedule an appointment for the next day and still not at least look at my tire is very disappointing. I am a single mother and I work 8 am- 5 pm weekdays in the Houston area . The fact that I bought 4 brand new tires with 60,000 mile warranty and I'm having to put air in my tire every time I go somewhere until I can have someone look at it is very disappointing. Firestone has officially lost my business next time I buy new tires I will take my money elsewhere.

I was thrilled! We've used them before when they were at their other location, and have been pleased with the work done. I'd consider using them in the future, but hopefully we won't have to replace tires anytime soon! They recommended I put a used tire on, until I was ready to replace my tires. I asked if they had the tires I wanted, but unfortunately they were not in stock. I asked them to order them, and the tires will be available on Monday (today is Friday). They mounted a good used tire for now, and there was no charge. I highly recommend Brazosport Tire!
