We were happy enough that we went straight back with our 2013 Lexus RX for a polish and ceramic coating. The change was incredible. His whole team is just as friendly. They brought us back into the shop to show us the work they were doing on our car, which no detailer has ever done for us. And there is zero upselling. They tell you what your car actually needs and then do it right. They're perfectionists, they're fair on price, and the customer experience is the best I've come across anywhere. Highly, highly recommend.
