I was placing a bowl in a nearly empty dishwasher. I closed the door and heard this big clink. When I opened the door, the spray arm was laying on the lower rack. Warners Stellian is one mile from my home. I went right to the store and asked for someone to come and look at it. Their answer was no. They have nothing to do with the appliance since I didn't buy their warranty. Not even after 4 days. I had just spent thousands of dollars with their company. I was looking for a little customer appreciate. They didn't even say " Thank you for your purchases, but we can't help!" Just a flat out no we won't help. Or i thought they could have helped me get in contact with manufacturer. And my washing washing was vibrating, hard, on the spin cycle. They said they couldn't help. I had been a loyal customer for years. I am planning on updating my kitchen this summer. Warners Stellian will not be getting my business.

The range is a whole other story. Warner's Stellian has done ZERO to help us with either appliance. When they "escalated" my situation, and after I got a verbal run-around, I asked the man if he was going to help us or not. He straight-up said, "Nope." At least I appreciate his honesty. I'm a Realtor, I'm a rental property business owner and I'm general contracting the built of a second home. You can bet I don't have good things to say about Warner's Stellian to anyone. To note: the Warner's Stellian follow-up comment sounds nice but it doesn't address any of the issues I had causing me to find a different repair company.

It did not fix the problem - the ice maker still did not work. I contacted Michael three times asking for assistance to further address the problem. He did not follow up, nor did he reimburse for the service call. On a related note, I watched as Michael "tested" the water valve. After the fact and when I did my own research on how to test a water valve, I learned that Michael did it incorrectly - he did not place the multimeter leads on the appropriate terminals. When I did it correctly, I found out that my water valve was still functional. In other words, something else was the cause of the problem. I am most dissatisfied with Michael's failure to follow up with me. He writes about his business, "Honesty and customer satisfaction are my number one goal." He did not live up to this promise with me.

The final issue was when the door broke and narrowly missed coming down on my foot. This was a $5,000 stove!!! I followed his advise and yes, the manufacturer will cover both parts and labor on my 5 year out dishwasher since I knew to ask about this manufacturer flaw. The coffee maker is excellent. I've always wanted to buy one but it's been out of the budget. I talked my wife into the Miele laundry. She wasn't sure because they show a smaller load capacity than the gigantic other front loads. Also they are not vented with the new heat pump drying system. According to my wife she couldn't be happier clothes are cleaner, no noticeable difference in laundry times even without venting and she hasn't had to increase her numbers of loads. Stuff it full and everything still gets clean! Delivery and installation by All was great!
