If an item you want for pick up is out of stock, they will either make a substitution if you opted for one, offer you to pick it up from another location, ship it to you, or cancel it. Usually when you order online the minimum is $35 or orders placed using your Target RedCard can score you free shipping. The staff at this store is helpful and drive up has always gone smoothly. The layout makes sense and it is easy to find items. I still love the OG scanning machines to find the price. TIP: I've scanned items using my phone with the Target app, but sometimes items can be marked as clearance without the sticker. I scored kid's boots on clearance. The employee explained how it works: rip off the tag, pay for it, put a "sold" sign on it, then drive around to the donation drop-off area where they bring it out and load it in your car. Super easy, exactly like they said. Everyone I talked to was kind, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. Not sure why this location has some bad reviews, because that wasn't my experience at all. Goodwill's always worth a quick stop, you never know what you'll find, especially if you like thrifting or just don't want to spend a ton.
