She never has told me she can't do it. They kindly call me to remind me of my appointment, and always always allows me to check up on my pets. The tech is also amazing, she allowed me to leave my dogs diaper bag with his blanket , food and his favorite stuffed animal so he felt comfortable. No vet has ever allow this.
