Another successful boarding experience with Ashlyn and her team at Happy K9! My three pups thoroughly enjoyed their five nights there. Happy K9 has the ideal boarding facility for three large dogs that are used to sleeping together in one room. They stay in the grand suite all together which keeps them more relaxed and in their usual routine. I asked if they could be bathed before we picked them up and the Happy K9 team did an excellent job getting them squeaky clean and smelling fresh. We have recently moved to the area and have a very sensitive, anxious dog that was rarely crated. Needed an understanding and not so populated dog boarding for her. This place went above and beyond with caring for Lyla. Did several 2 hr stays before the boarding to help familiarize her with the place, at no extra charge. Boarding time came and of course it was bike week ‍. She was a mess but staff helped her through it with our directions and a little of her medication and some extra TLC. Staff is very caring, communicative, and has the dogs needs and concerns at high priority. Would highly recommend using this facility!!! read more

We have boarded our dogs here several times, the staff is always very friendly and interested in our pets. They do not let you into the facility when you drop off but I did schedule a tour of their facilities before I boarded for the first time and it was clean and smelled good. I usually book by texting and staff responds In a timely manner.They consistently provide competent care to my dog whenever I need to board her. My dog has severe separation anxiety when I leave her but they always assure me that she calms down and settles in until my return. read more

Ashlyn, Ana and the entire team at Happy K9 were life savers to our Izzy girl last week! We thought we had everything covered for her stay but Izzy ended up getting a UTI infection as a result of some medication she had earlier in the week . Ana was able to get a sample to have tested at our Vet. Ashlyn came in on her day off to take it to the Vet and get antibiotics to get her better!! My fur kids are "regulars" at Happy K9 Academy! My hubby and I travel regularly every 6-8 weeks. We were so happy to have found this place! THEY LOVE IT!!! And the staff LOVES THEM!!! We can go away and completely relax! They send pictures and we know they are safe and happy! When we drive up and they stand to see where they are they whine to get out of the car! It's great! Happy K 9 has come thru for us yet again! They have been the best place for caring for our girls when we are away for years now. On our recent time away, our old lab had trouble eating and getting up - and we were contacted right away! They have 24 hour human staff there to keep an eye out. I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. We've learned the tools to keep his mental health and behavior and the highest level. My dog is exactly who I want him to be, and the methods we learn here I am beyond thankful for. Let me first say that I have used three different kennels in my area, but Happy K9 Academy is by far the best! As most dog owners know, it is very difficult to leave your dog's care in other people's hands. However, that is not the case at Happy K9.
