From the moment I walked in the door, all worries and concerns I had, disappeared instantly. Eduardo and Aileen were so sweet and caring! They both made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. They explained the process in detail and calmed my nerves. I was able to receive a temporary loan with my jeweIry as collateral, and the interest on the loan was better than expected! With their help, I was able to take care of my family in a time of need. Now our troubles are behind us thanks to them! The jewelry is kept in a safe location, I have no worries whatsoever. They earned my trust and took away any concerns once they explained all in detail. They took their time with me and made sure I understood the process. The minute they said hello and welcomed me into their store, I felt at ease. They also sell jewelry and have a number of pieces available. I was very impressed with all they had to offer! In a world where pawn shops treat you like garbage this place is like a breath of fresh air. I know…read moremost pawn shops in that area feel you're visiting someone in jail but this shop actually looks and feels like a retail store from its cleanliness to its organization. After getting low balled from a pawn shop down the street (they tried to give me $20 for a Nintendo switch) I decided to look elsewhere for a quote and stumbled across Market Street. Though my Nintendo switch was in good condition, it was only the base model and my worry was getting lowballed again but the employees there were flexible and worked with me according to my needs. In the beginning I was hesitant with many questions but Brian was very informal and outlined every word in the loan contract and made sure I was not confused. Thank you guys for making my first experience amazing definitely coming back again!

I took my Rolex Presidential Vintage with a value from $18k to $25k he give me like $3k and I'll have to give back like $350 so it was fine for me I came back like an a week to pay everything and get my Rolex back but at some point he explained me like no reason to pay that early because either way I would have to pay the $350 extra because I still have 2-3 months to pay so I was like yeah true stupid me I walk away so when the time was getting close I have all the money with me but I had to go for emergency to Santa Maria because one of my daughters got very sick I stay for couple days I told my daughter that morning I have to go today it's the last day to pick up my watch I hit traffic when I arrive to his store it was closed I got there late so next day first thing I did it's to go for my watch When he saw me I can see his face like all serious nothing like the person I meet, right away I felt sick on my stomach I can see his evil attitude I ask him for my watch he said THAT WATCH IS NOT YOURS ANYMORE ITS MINE NOW ! I explained everything I offered him an other $2k + on top of what was due I told him how important was that watch for me He new since the beginning belonged to my dad that passed away and I have many sentimental value He all rude said to me that watch wasn't there in his possession anymore he told me he SOLD IT RIGHT AWAY I felt so miserable I told him I will sue him then he all Sarcastically told me remember the paper you signed well you can't not do anything that watch it's mine . I turn around I went cry in my car felting horrible for letting my dad down with something he give me with all his love . I spoke to other pawnshops they told me their priorities are to work with the clientes specially in situations like mine and plus I even offered it top dollars on top and that He definitely wanted to keep that watch because he knew the Value and that he was wrong for doing that . I will not recommend that place at all , I went in to depression after that happened and till now I feel comfortable talking about it., Blessings to all of you reading this report.

I picked up the repair jewelry today and it all looked excellent and they actually didn't charge me for one of them. Funny enough I had a break in a different part of the jewelry and brought that in so they can repair and just so happened to stumble upon something they had put out that morning and purchased it right then.
