I honestly did some business with these people before. And I gave him the highest star possible with huge comments and praise. However, a gentleman that claimed to be the owner's Son is a little whiny child that makes nothing but himself and doesn't give a horses ass about customers . Short version is I did business with them and accidentally left some items there that they have first did not want. They told me I can come back at any time I want and I have a proof through text of this. These people are also on OfferUp so I'm assuming that means they're not doing as well as expected so they try to find other cheap sites or social media to advertise. However, they did not tell me that I had a timeframe I had to be there to pick up the stuff otherwise they would either keep it or sell it. I didn't have time until recently to do it because I had family that was in the hospital and I was focused on other matters. Anyways, when I got there, they had sold the items after not wanting the items originally and gave me nothing for them. I only asked for only $10 for two Mexican dolls which makes to $5 per doll I asked the suppose son of the owner if I could get in contact with his dad, he refused and told me that he didn't want me to waste his dad's time or his. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! This shop sells items on OfferUp. They falsely advertised a printer as a different model. The model advertised was a HP Officejet Pro 6978 and what was sold to me inside the box was a 6700 model. In addition, here is the level of service they provided. In a chat group on offer up i asked what the ink levels were. They responded ink was sealed and new, never used. This was not the case it was empty and fully dry. The prinyer sold had a general printer ink error making the device inoperable. The printer coupd not be repaired and was sold as functioning when in fact it was NOT. I simply asked to return the item on the day it was putchased and planned to return it next time i was in office the following monday. They REFUSED the return sayong it was padt three days. Unscrupulous if you ask me. I would NOT do business with this shop at all costs. Not worth the trip, your time, or even be able to trust you will receive the item you intended to purchase. We had the certification paperwork. I meant the actual etching/laser ON the diamond itself. Your shop said we had been swindled by Robbins Bros because there was NO marking on the diamond. We brought the diamond right back to RB and they put it under the microscope thing right away and physically showed us the marking. We were glad it was there. They get 1 star from me. If I could do 0 stars I would. Not really into bashing businesses here but when they deserve it I'll go ahead and give it to them... Went in today to buy one of their DSLR cameras. It was priced at $250. As we look at the camera, it was apparently missing a lens, and they didn't have the charger present when pulling out the camera. Didn't really think nothing of it. I was actually still going to buy the camera but requested a discounted price because of the lens being gone, and no Charger. I was actually going to give them $200 even without all listed accessories. Honestly, when the worker looked up the item, it clearly said "minimum price: $200" on their computer. The worker then asked who seemed to be the manager if they would take $200 for the camera. Kept me waiting for about 10 minutes while they discussed it and the damn manager said that they would only take $250. Sucks because they're a Pawn Shop. Most pawn shops I've been to are willing to negotiate pricing, or even look for a better deal to get they're products sold. They could drop $50 to get that s*** out the door??? Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are more shops out here that will treat you well, and at least see what can be worked out on something that I clearly missing all of it's components. read more

When I first entered the pawn shop, I wasn't expecting it to be as big as it was! Really decent layout. On the far right wall was musical instruments of many different kinds. To the middle right part of the store was jewelry, cameras and some other music equipment. On the back wall was monitors, TVs and other assortments. In the middle left of the store was a nice checkout area. There was a seperate room dedicated to power tools and construction related stuff of all kinds found on the left side of the store. I went in to check out some of their musical selection and a cajon box they had. The guitar selection was a lot more than I was expecting. Also Adam, who works there, is a damn experienced guitarist. I watched him quickly put strings onto a customers guitar and tune it like a mad man... followed by played it like a pro. Knowledgeable in the arts of music, that Adam is! I was helped by the other employee that works there named Alfred. Really kind dude that showed me some of the store and chatted a bit with. Alfred helped me with purchasing the cajon box and we got off on a tangent about music and life. Easy to talk with and someone who you can tell cares about the customer's experience. Easy going people, good vibes place, and great first experience. When I have more free time in the future, I'll be going back to take a deeper dive into the piano stuff they have to go with my Yamaha P125! read more

While I would probably never come here again for that reason as they were super low ball with the offer I got- I did enjoy looking around and I found a awesome deal and spent $10 on things that make me happy. The merchant named Joel assured me that everything checked out and to come in Today, I waste 30 min of driving time there to be told that they couldn't accept my items. They were really rude and uncommunicative. The lady that was alongside Joel kept interrupting and told me to leave.
