The price that was quoted was reasonable, they have 24/7 customer service, have no problem answering dumb questions (I ask a lot of them) and they were lightning fast as far as reaching out goes. They also are awesome as far as availability goes and have a discount for veterans. I was give a FLAT rate which is awesome. Nailing down a specific rate was what I was having the most difficulty with. I know exactly what is getting moved and getting huge ranges or hourly rates was driving me nuts. Im looking forward to coming back and finishing this after moving day (9/6- wish me luck .... Moving is the worst)

When I didn't get the confirmation, I texted him again. this time, he called me back and said everything was on schedule. The day of the move, no movers showed so I texted if they were having trouble finding the apartment. A half hour later, still no movers. I texted again, then called the office, and it sent me to voicemail which was full so I couldn't even leave a message. At that point I texted the company not to bother showing up and found a wonderful company that moved me that evening.

Quick response time to our junk removal request through Yelp…read more  Kaleb and Jayontae came and did an on-site cost evaluation which they priced to be extremely reasonable - my husband made the deal to work with them on the spot because of the fair estimate but also because they just seemed like decent guys (sounds simplistic, but it does matter.) They came the next morning at 10 am to do the job. They were punctual, professional, and had great attitudes. - even when they basically had to hand carry everything from the shed out to their truck because the ground was too wet for them to get their truck to the back of the property by the shed doors. We were very comfortable working with them and are so grateful for their  quick work (a large loose  junk-filled shed, a small shed, a recliner, lots of cardboard, and some other house items) all cleaned out by about 1pm.   They honored their quote and were happy to work with additional items. My husband and I are not only highly recommending them, but we have made plans to work with them again soon! Great Company!
