CAUTION not only is this #StatenIsland #sportinggoods store Not good , It Subjects patrons to aggressive pressure. This afternoon the owner locked me in her store (flipped the door sign to closed , during business hours) to yell at me when I stopped by to return a uniform she gave me Days ago, in error. The error was evident today when she told me she was working off of a different families' receipt. She blamed her disorganization & lack of attention to her business' detail on Me- the customer- as she Spewed hateful words about my identity , parenting & morality . She threw things at me from her front counter , including the money I gave her when I came in to gather My child's uniform ( he needs in order to play in games with his #CYONY team) Her violent behavior escalated when I told her I no longer wanted to continue ordering from her store. As she insisted on arguing with me I kindly asked her to let me pay for my child's uniform and I'd be on my way . A year ago this same store took our money for a school gym shirt they said they'd prepare and call us about when it was ready. To this day, we have not received that gym shirt. As I asked her why she threw money at me she rapidly called police stating '.... A an unruly Latin woman ... ', is not leaving her store. I'm hoping she is Not experiencing the onset of an illness that is contributing to this behavior. regardless... I'm letting the public know HATE is alive and breeding in the monopoly of Just for Kicks on Staten Island team sports industry. What a sorrowful situation for the #CatholicYouthOrganization teams and #Archdiocese schools affiliated with #JustForKicks.
