Julie said their office specializes in Probate and Trust Litigation after a person passes away. Part 2- Owner then sent an email w/an attachment explaining difference between revocable and non-revocable trusts. Then the woman said they couldn't take anyone till after the holidays. They gave me such a small amount of time (one to two days to retrieve message and reply) . Part 3: They then reached out and said they had a cancellation and they could take another client so I called them right away. They then said the attorney owner would call me the next day . Somewhere in the midst of all of this, I let them know that this would be simple, as I did not own any real property but I had tangible property that had substantial value. I was ready! I never got a call back from the attorney. It was kind of strange- the customer service part. I saw the reviews were stellar which is why I wanted to go with this business but I found it was not a great impression for me.
