Our 6th year with this gym. Great place for both of my daughters. They love their coaches.

Locker rooms, changing areas, showers are all large and roomy. Lucille Roberts is horrendous in comparison. I'm not an expert in classes but the more popular ones were great, again huge floor and plenty of weights and bars etc. Last I checked not going somewhere because of the demographics is called being a racist. Btw It's great to have babysitting but I would prefer no tv or at least tv not blasting. Even when my kid was the only one she would not turn it off. That was my main complaint and part of the reason I ended my membership. But I would join again if that wasn't an issue.

The place was vibrant and staff were so friendly! This new owner has made this gym a nightmare. She is extremely rude, arrogant and only cares about making money and steeling it from people, even in the midst of the damn International PANDEMIC!!! When I signed up she had all these random fees that were completely unnecessary like maintenance fees, and when questioned about anything her answer is "I'm running a business here!" Owner knows nothing about fitness and has the audacity to try to criticize your workout routine in the most rude way, completely unprofessional! The showers are filthy and broken, the sauna and hot tub have been broken for years. They never answer emails. And when I tried to cancel my membership because I do not feel it is safe going to the gym to workout in a mask the owner says to me "Oh well that's no excuse people don't stop going to the gym during flu season" ??? I still have yet to receive a refund for personal training that I paid for an never started because of COVID! Such a waste of an amazing gym for women only! DO NOT SIGN UP you will be trapped!

I am stronger than I've ever been. Crushing goals. BMI going down.. Going higher in weight to train but all the while avoiding aggravating my "frozen" shoulder which I've been battling for a while. Worth every penny and I've budgeted personal training into my daily lifestyle. A good investment. The free "welcome workout" is a nice introduction to the process of carving out the best routine to achieve your goals. The other is the space. Roomy. Clean and well organized. Love the cardio on the second floor the Matrix Climb mill and Recumbent bikes are my go to. And the personal training space has TRX, Sled push and pull and HIIT equipment available and I never feel bored within the routine. Always fresh and attainable goals. Finally, the front desk staff and food options. I adore my post workout smoothie curated by Caron and she manages the front well. There are protein packed take and go meals as well as baked goods. Everyone is knowledgable of the gyms policies and people are professional and fun! I also like tracking my workouts on their app and participate in goals and gym-sponsored events to gain points to use towards rewards. All in all. Best training and gym life experience because I see consistency and gains. #getreal.

His other instructor, Kate, has classes that are similar but mix is different: more aerobic and with strength mixed in. What I like is coed group classes are scheduled daily, last 1 hour, and always intense. Sometimes I learn new muscle groups I didn't know I had :) Each day's routine barely repeats from a prior day so never boring. The workout begins with a warmup followed by about 8 exercise routines. Repeat those exercises as many times as you can in 1 hour. Target is about three cycles. I generally complete 1 1/2 - 2 sets. Joe' routines emphasize modest weights with repetition, stretch, balance, and good technique. He spots when a particular exercise is unsuitable for me, and suggests something else without losing the pace of the workout. I value the personal attention in a group setting that keeps cost down. Clientele is mostly female, older Generation Z and Millennials of all ages. Male and female, every age, and all degrees of fitness are welcome. Clientele is generally serious about being there. Gym is clean. And classes start and end on time. You don't make an appointment to be in a class. I recommend Joe and JD Core Training.

Whether you're looking to just tone up like me or lose all that summer beer and brunch weight, Amer's the guy to see. I came in not knowing what to expect. During the consultation, I told Amer exactly what I wanted, areas that needed improvement and my end goal. From that, he created a fitness plan tailored to me, a plan that pushed my limits without discouraging me. He'll work with you at your own speed. The facility is super clean and I LOVE how intimate it is. It's by appointment only so no more gymtimidation. No one's judging you if you can't finish that last squat except you. He pushes me to keep going when I don't have faith in myself and then I'm proud of myself for doing it! I truly enjoy coming to my sessions, which have made a significant change in my life. I highly recommend Turbo!

I have been working out daily for the past few years (cardio, light gym machine weights, videos), but have never done heavy weight training or been an athlete. Exit 153 Crossfit immediately took away any doubts I had and I am thrilled to be a member. The coaches here really take the time to help each individual learn proper form and build up physical strength and the mental mindset.
