I don't normally bother to write reviews but in this case I believe it is a must. Do yourself the biggest favour you can and DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS REPAIRER, if you value your vehicle and your sanity! To cut a very long story short After a non fault accident taken in for damage to driver and passenger doors, front bumper and passenger rear quarter. The roof and bonnet were sprayed at my request as a private job. The outcome. Sill extensions removed and not fitted properly and covered in paint runs, front bumper not repaired properly and paint cracked, overspray all over the car were it hadn't been masked off properly, roof lining and radio antenna base damaged as a result of having the roof resprayed, buffer burn marks all over the car, front door cards damaged and not fitted correctly as well as other interior trim broken and glued back on, rear quarter panel full of filler instead of being replaced, bonnet release not working properly and dirty marks over seats and door trims. After confronting the manager, apparently. The 'sill extensions were fitted to tolerance', funnily enough i don't remember there being a massive gap between them and the body when i took it in. 'black paint shows up the slightest mark', that maybe so but not runs, overspray and buffer burn marks from poor workmanship. 'The damage to the roof lining and interior trim wasn't caused by us, and if you have a problem with the radio then listen to a CD', non of these problems existed before taking the car to them. The solution. Having complained to my insurance company and being told that Just Car Clinic apparently have a right to correct their mistakes, I told them that I wasn't prepared for my car to be damaged any further and I would be taking it elsewhere to be rectifed or they would be hearing from the Insurance Ombudsman. Six months later the car was taken to another garage, had the rear quarter panel cut out and replaced, new sill extensions, new door cards and front bumper resprayed. Unfortunately, seeing as the other work was done privately I wasn't covered for that. To top it off the manager and assistant manager are both very rude and I'm sure the cards on the table, that he pointed out to me when I was complaining, from their satisfied customers were probably written by themselves. I'm just glad to know that Admiral charged Just Car Clinic for the follow up repairs as the manager assured me with a smirk that 'they' wouldn't be paying for my car to be rectified. If you have a Honda take it to Springfield Accident repair centre instead, outstanding job! read more

Just Do Not Go There! My insurance company insisted I used Just Car Clinic next time I will insist I know best! Gillian first rate communication and customer service. That's it for the good points, the rest of the experience was at best a total disgrace. The first attempt at the repairing the dent in my rear quarter panel was a resounding disaster resulting in a list of at least 14 points ranging from broken cable guard on the rear hatch to orange peel in the supposedly repaired panel to the whole of the car including the windows covered in overspray. Oh yes they even managed to scratch the passenger the passenger door window which needed replacing. Round two, they managed to repair most of the faults but then made some new ones. Scratches on the rear bumper and overspray still on the windscreen. Round 3 scratches remedied overspray finally removed from the windscreen in total the repair had taken around 5 weeks. DISGRACEFUL. To get the car to an acceptable standard I have spent another £300 from my own pocket at the garage which I originally requested. Best advice look elsewhere. Excellent Job09-Oct-2010 My 5 day old Octavia VRS was rear ended by a double cabbed long wheelbase Nissan Navara on 7th September 2010. The hatch ALL rear panels, lights & bumber were totally mashed, the boot floor was slightly crease, the end plate on the l/hand chassis rail was bent, the chassis was slightly twisted and both wings were compressed with the passenger side rear wing having 4 creases in it. NFU Mutual (the offenders insurers) had the car taken toJust Car Clinics in Hartlepool to be repaired. The staff were extremely helpful and even allowed me to visit to see progress on my car, they told me exactly what they were doing and kept me informed of progress right through the work. I received my car back on Friday 8/10/10 and could not find a single fault with the work carried out. The car went to a Skoda dealer regarding a problem with the stereo and even they said they could not find any fault's with the reapirs and would not have known it had even been in a crash. I would recommend Just Car Clinics at Hartlepool to anybody, the staff were polite and helpful and the work (although lengthy) was first class. read more

Terrible service fixed my rear bumper ok but failed to replace rear sensors that were damaged in the accident and put the damaged ones back on the car, which meant cutting new holes in the brand new rear bummper. also car came back filthy inside and out and with damaged to computer screen on the dash, which was not there when taken away I even had photos of the dash and instruments with the date showing there was no damange. They basicaly told me that they were not resposible for the screen but promised to fix it, but they didnt!!!!!! never got the rear sensors replaced as they said they were not damaged in the accident? how could they of not been damage if they had to replace the bumper and tow bar??? terrible service from begining to end. First time I have had a accident in over 20 years, what a shock I got in how things are done now buy the insurance comapnies and all the blood sucking leaches that come with it read more
