I found this site and read the reviews that were excellent and visited after calling them, I was greeted by the owner who assessed what was required in seconds and give me and reasonable price to complete the the repairs, I was giving a courtesy car to go home in , and said pick up the car the following day after work and it would be sorted. When I returned to pick the car it was perfect, it's a metallic red and looks like new again. I can not recommend these guys enough as they took the pain out of a destressing encounter and made it good . They ouse professionalism I would recommend them 100% . I hope I don't have to use again ,fingers crossed But would not look else where if I needed to, they are a class act. W.Phillips July 17

I'm not sure where to start with this review! It's sort of good AND bad!…read more Well, I'll start with the background. Some idiot bashed into the side of my car while I was shopping. I was only away for about 20 minutes but that was all it took! Of course, the kind person didn't bother to leave a note or anything, just drove off. Well, the damage was really bad, they must have hit the car with some force. There was no way I could afford to fix it myself so it was to become an insurance job. Just Car Clinic was the garage chosen by my insurance company. Things were a little confused but I'm not sure if that was down to the garage or the insurance company. I was told they would collect the car on a certain day. Sure enough, someone from the garage arrived as promised, but not to collect the car, just to do an estimate of the work required. He arranged for someone to collect the car a few days later. The good thing was that they came to collect it, and I was left with a courtesy car, so hardly any inconvenience for me. The bad thing was, when they collected the car, they told me it would take about a week. So maybe I'm a bit simple, but I thought that meant it would take about a week! In fact, when I rang up after a week I was told they hadn't even started the work, but it was in the queue! In the end it took two weeks, and when it came back they had missed a bit, and it had another little scratch that wasn't there when they had collected it from me! To their credit, the garage didn't grumble about this at all. They just arranged to collect the car again and put it right. In the end I was very happy with the work, but really wish they'd told me up front how long the job would take. If they'd told me two weeks that would have been fair enough, but to tell me one week meant I was disappointed when it took longer. Overall, though, a good job, and friendly staff.

The repairs to my car were fantastic and to see it come back so shiny and clean inside after the repairs just made the car look even better than i remembered. I was nervous after certain rebiews id read but i guess people only write reviews to complain and i dont thimk theres will be a better repairer in the area.
