Super friendly people that work there. The cashier even helped me adjust the cat collar size for me. Good thing, because I could not figure out how to adjust this particular one. Everything is clean and super organized. Nothing feels junky. I mean, CLEAN. They have a huge inventory of women's clothing. Again, very well organized, and clean. Price is mostly reasonable, with a lot of great bargains. It was my first visit, and I only had limited time, but I will definitely spend more time on my next visit.

Review for Donation Only…read more Was cleaning out a storage unit after parent passed and brought items here on a Sunday, had to make a few trips and by the last trip the donation workers were rude yelling at us that they didn't have room for any of the "junk" - they were happy to take our stuff the first 2 trips and we said we had one more and they didn't mention they were getting full or we would have take it somewhere else. Didn't appreciate the behaviour and they made an already tough weekend even harder with their lack of class and empathy BTW - our junk Consisted of items such as waterford wine glasses and cedar chests, brand new china sets, etc - I guess one mans junk is not their treasure :)

They do a decent job of keeping the attire organized and having a good variety of fun and silly items and practical things like boots, coats, and the like. The pricing was a little on the high side but likely necessary to make the model work. I think it's a great option if you want to thrift or shop secondhand with a little less legwork than the large box thrifts while shopping local.

I had a very disappointing experience with FreeStyle Clothing Exchange in Reno. I sent in a bag of…read moreclothes and made it very clear that I wanted anything they didn't buy returned to me. They did the opposite and got rid of the clothes. When I called, one of the managers initially said they would make it right by increasing the cash they owed me for the clothes they did purchase, and told me to call back for the amount. But when I did, I was told they didn't need to do anything since I had "signed something" that allowed them to get rid of my items. This is not just poor communication. It's bad customer service. They went back on their word, didn't respect my instructions, and left me with no resolution. I will never go back.
