Mohercare world is out of this world in Hanley, Stoke. I live in crewe and we only have a little…read moremothercare shop which is ok for little bits but for things like pushchairs etc i always head to ym nearest Mothercare world. It is huge, you walk through the doors and the tills are straight ahead of you, clothes, bottles, dummies, pushchairs, cots, and even a clarkes are located on the bottom floor and on the top floor is the toy area which my little girl loves. You can go up in a lift which is designed in the shape of a tree and plays creepy noises (my dd seems to love it tho lol). Great selection of toys all laid out by the brand eg fisherprice, vtech. They even have selcted toys out so you can demonstrate and play with them. Never had any problems with them at all and fab place to buy from.

There's also a great range of baby clothes, again these are quite pricey - for everyday babywear perhaps a bit too pricey, but the baby clothes would make lovely gifts for new parents. There is a wide range of buggies, pushchairs and prams and theres always a member of staff on hand to show you how they work (people not familiar with modern prams, sometimes you need a degree to operate all the different functions) You can also get everything you need for babies nursery, theres a selection of furniture including cots, wardrobes, draws changing units and moses baskets. You can also get bits and bobs for slightly older children such as high chairs/potties etc

They have a fantastic range of just about everything you might need! and the staff are on hand to help you with whatever you need eg car seats are tricky and need to be fitted carefully and the staff are always happy to help you get the right one. There's toys for newborns right the way up to older toddlers, although, I find that they are slightly costly. There is a lovely selection of clothes - including school clothes, again, can be slightly costly but they regularly have sales that see some good reductions. All in all, if you're a parent, it's definitely worth a look

We purchased the wave and then a week later I had baby brain panic and changed my mind on the colour I rang up and they changed it no problem after I had been worrying like mad. I then went on to go back and purchase a footmuff and a silver cross bedding set which have been fantastic I would not hesitate to go back to Babycare brilliant shop and lovely staff thanks so much x
