Delivery and set happened the day prior to the event, which was great…read more They gave clear instructions about how to turn on the inflatable etc. The day of the party, when we flipped the switch on to start inflating the water slide, everything was good. When we turned the water on to start filling the bottom area where guest would eventually slide into, the water cascades out instead of in the actual pool area. We have to undo and redo parts of the velcro attachment to get a downward water flow. The top inner part of the slide was full of mildew. We had to climb up to the area and clean the mold as best as we could before the guests arrived. Everyone had fun but the setup should have had a test run before the setup crew left to make sure everything was working properly. Better cleaning is definitely something they need to look into. After paying over $200, no cleaning or fixing the water should be done by the paying customer. I will go with another rental company in the future.

Hands down.... they were so far more superior than what any other company could offer. It was an overall great experience from booking the machine online to the machine being picked up the next day! They are very friendly and accommodating. They deliver the machine to you. They don't charge a trip charge. They get it all set up and running. They explain everything to you. 2 hours later BOOM .... you've got the best tasting margaritas ever. They supply you with lime, salt and sugar for the rims of the glasses. The machines are so clean and new looking. The machines lights up and look great for the party! We had a 2 sided machine that you could make 2 different drinks in. But, we chose to have margaritas in both. The flavor was delicious. There was NO mix flavor to it, at all. It tasted great. They have so many choices of frozen concoctions to choose from and many flavors of sugars for the rim of the glasses and salt. They arrived on time. At the end of the night, you simply turn it off and unplug it. They pick it up the next day. They tell you don't clean it up, they take the machines apart and clean after each use. Everything was very professional about THE MARGARITA MAMA! We will use them again and highly recommend them to everyone!
